“My husband qnd I are big fans of the Bluffton Salty Dog. I have celiac disease and my husband is also gluten free. We bring our children frequently when they visit because they have to be gluten free as well. The buns are yummy. Now today a Manger and the server we had issues with. It's Hamburg Monday for 10 dollars. The regular burger is 16 dollars the gluten free is 18 dollars. So we originally were charged the 18 dollars. Webquestioned the amount the Manger Phillip proceeds to say there is a 3 dollar upcharge for the bread. My husband says wait a minute if a regular is 16 and the gluten free is 18 that's a 2 dollar difference. He argued would not even acknowledge the printed prices and insisted it was 3 dollar upcharge. The math says different. We are loyal customers who frequent there. The server Briana also tried to argue as well. Talk about disrespectful. We come so often that we are close to other servers. This manager does not to be a manager. We never ever have had a issue til tonight. I 100% blame the manager in the way he handpled himself.“

“We loved our first experience! Food was wonderful and Gloria our waitress was phenomenal. She was on top of serving us with our having to wait for refills or anything. Our kiddos were greeted with fun dough to play with while we waited for our food. Food came out quickly!“

We will definitely be back and the atmosphere seemed so clean , and modern inside that we may even dine in next time . We had a grouper sandwich, Philly cheesesteak, cheese fajitas, and avocado rolls, and all were really good ! Definitely a place to check out for people of all ages and all food tastes . “First, I want to say that the team that works the counter here are mostly wonderful! The ones that aren't tend to not last long. We go to this location and they know me by name.......Service is usally outstanding other than the typical no-shows that tend to happen more often now.

The reason for my 4-star rating in Service and atmosphere is due to the lack of management at this store. These employees seem to be doing the best they can without a lot of guidance from upper management. I believe this team only needs the care of a good manager to be elite. Get rid of the bad apples on the team and focus on the great ones!!
