Thought I would try the lobster roll special for $24 (including a side). The staff was friendly and helpful and the market's fresh foods generally look wonderful. The lobster roll had two very small pieces of claw and that was it except for a large amount of celery and mayo, definitely no where near what you should get for $24. I will be hard pressed to purchase something else here. Please do better Lowcountry Fresh.“

“We visited this outstanding restaurant/live jazz venue last evening for the first time. Seating is reserved in a spaced out format, so staff is not unindated with drink and food orders at once. I'd recommend getting an earlier time prior to the show, or you will get your food in the dark. Waitress very knowledge of food and regularly visited our table for water refills or to see if we needed anything. The show was Martin Lesch who regularly plays at the club. Extremely talented group. Food was excellent. This place is a well oiled machine.“

Both dishes epitomized the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. One of the true standouts of the night was the Raviolo al’Uovo con confit d’Anatra. This dish was a revelation! An unexpected, yet beautifully balanced combination of flavors that demonstrated both creativity and precision. The delicate pasta, rich duck confit, and perfectly runny egg yolk created a dish that was not only visually stunning but an absolute pleasure to eat. Another unexpected delight was the Insalata d’Anatra con Albicocca e Burrata. A light and refreshing salad featuring succulent duck, sweet apricots, and creamy burrata. It was the perfect prelude to the main courses, showcasing a masterful understanding of balance and texture. Venturing into new territory, I tried the Polpo alla Griglia, my first experience with octopus. Grilled to perfection, the octopus had a surprisingly tender, almost steak-like quality that was enhanced by a smoky char. It was a revelation for me both unfamiliar and yet incredibly satisfying. For starters, we couldn’t resist the Peach and Plum Salad with Scallops. The sweet, ripe fruit paired beautifully with the perfectly seared scallops, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to sourcing only the finest seasonal ingredients. Every bite was vibrant, fresh, and utterly delicious. As if that weren’t enough, the desert menu demanded our attention. The Tiramisu was nothing short of perfection!espresso and rum-soaked ladyfingers layered with a light mascarpone mousse and topped with a dusting of cocoa and caramel drizzle. Hands down, the best Tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. The Sformata di Cioccolata con Gelato Vanilla Rich, molten-centered chocolate cake served with creamy vanilla gelato was a chocolate lover’s dream. The baked peach stuffed with oats and pine nuts was another winner. It was refreshing, light, and oh so exciting to my tongue. It had a similar presentation to a small coffee cake, but packed a flavorful punch of peach cobbler. Finally, the Affogato, a dessert that was new to me but instantly became a favorite. Vanilla gelato drenched in rich espresso, chocolate sauce, Kahlua, and whipped cream. It was an indulgent, yet perfectly balanced way to finish the evening. “This was my second time visiting Hilton Head but the first time going to Philly’s and I could not recommend it more. During our vacation we dined in once and ordered to-go 2 other times. The hoagies are delicious! The rolls are fresh and the portion sizes are big. With a family of 4 it can sometimes be difficult to find places to eat that accommodate all of our tastes but Philly’s has so many options. Also, the staff are super friendly and the woman that took our order remembered us and even recommended us a place to visit! Overall a great experience! Definitely will go back if we visit Hilton Head in the future.“

“We had the opportunity to dine as dozens of restaurants on Hilton Head, and in our opinion, Stellini's was the best. The food is made fresh and was delicious and the portions were very generous at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was very inviting and the service was excellent. Our waiter Tony was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Great variety of food and the garlic bread was fantastic. The wildlife show was a nice added benefit. “NO BONES ABOUT IT, THE RIBS ARE OUTSTANDING -- my husband and I have eaten at Red Fish every time we've visited HHI in the last 15 plus years. To-date, I've always gone seafood: sea bass, grouper, salmon and scallops. Decided to mix it up and go for the rack of ribs (or should it read raaaaaaaack of ribs). It filled a very large oval dish. Despite the size, the ribs were perfectly cooked, moist, tender, fell right off the bone. The sides of slaw and blue cheese potato gratin were great too. Well done Red Fish, well done. PS -- took half the ribs home and ate them for lunch today.“

“This French bakery was hands down the food highlight of our entire trip. When I say the food was amazing, that is truly an understatement — and the prices were honestly incredible for what you receive. On our first visit, Jack was our waiter and he was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful right from the start. I ordered a build-your-own omelette, and it was literally the best omelette I have ever had. I also enjoyed a cotton candy mimosa and an orange juice mimosa — both were not only delicious, but beautifully presented. My boyfriend loved his coffee, and everything he shared with me was just as amazing. The turnaround time for our food was perfect — fast, fresh, and never rushed. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the atmosphere was simple, warm, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Before we left that first visit, we grabbed pastries to go… and oh my — best decision ever. We talked about this place to everyone we came across during our trip and decided we had to stop one more time on our way back home. I was so excited that Jack was our waiter again! I ordered the same omelette, and somehow it was even better the second time. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot — this is it. If it wasn’t a 5-hour drive from home, I would come here all the time. Jack deserves a special shout-out for making both visits so wonderful. Between the amazing food, beautiful presentation, great pricing, perfect service timing, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere — this is honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in my travels, and I’m already looking forward to coming back someday. “Skillets is absolutely amazing! From the food to the beautiful ambience. Our waitress Marilyn was so kind and attentive. I had the Mahi tacos. They were the best I've ever had. There chef Keman cooked everything to perfection. All of the toppings were homemade. Love that place!“

“We dined at this restaurant last evening arriving around 5:15 and seated right away. Our server, Hart was awesome and our orders were accurate and he went out of his way to accommodate our requests. The atmosphere was nice but started to get really noisy upon our departure. The hush puppies were delicious and our Bloody Mary was exceptional but the rest of our food was mediocre. I will say my scallops were sweet and tender. Everyone else in our party said their dinners were just ok.“

“We only went for a drink and had to sit at outside bar. In Hilton Head smoking is allowed at outside bars so we didn’t stay there to eat so I know nothing about the food. But my gin and tonic was very good“
