“Dave’s Hot Chicken located in the heart of Columbia is a food chain restaurant that offers cooked to order chicken. I was so excited to try Dave’s Hot Chicken, due to all of the fantastic reviews. When arriving be prepared to park in close quarters, the parking lot is pretty small and the spots are narrow. I went around noon and there were still spots available, but it was limited. If it is a nice day you can sit outside but they also offer tables and booths inside. I loved the decor inside. It was lively. When walking in we were greeted with friendly staff who were eager to assist us. I was so pleased because I was unsure how the ordering process worked, but it was extremely easy. I ordered the mini chicken sliders that came with a side of fries. If you sign up for the rewards app, like I did. You will get a free drink and if you complete the survey at the end of your order you will get an additional free drink, which is awesome. Our service was extremely good, even though we were in the midst of a lunch rush. All of Dave’s chicken is fresh and cooked to order. One will receive a pager and it will buzz when your order is ready. I like this because it makes your experience more personal. Our meal was delicious, the chicken was so moist and the breading flavor was fantastic. One special feature Dave’s Hot Chicken offers is you get to decide what spice level you would like your chicken. I decided to do no spice, due to my daughter not having a spice tolerance, but have heard amazing reviews of Dave’s chicken with the spices on it. In addition our meal came with coleslaw and fries that were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Although Dave's is a fast food restaurant the establishment was extremely clean with no visible dirt on the floor. I was highly pleased with our experience and will definitely come back to Dave’s Hot Chicken. Dave’s restaurant is not like the average fast food chain, you can tell that they take genuine pride in every order they serve.“

“I love using the Chick-fil-A app to order ahead that makes it so easy to get your food and get out of the traffic. Everything at this location is always great! **Small suggestion I always order a large waffle fry, so could you please let the line staff know to please fill it up to the top, as that's why I pay a little extra for the large. That's my only suggestion** Thank you so much!

Parking: Parking is tight as so many people love Chick-fil-A, so just be patient and get in where you can fit in.

“I came in within an hour of closing, and the food was fresh and tasty. I had shrimp fried rice, wings, and cheeseburger baskets. I would say my only complaint is that I paid for extra shrimp in the rice, and I would have ordered double had I known there would be so little. I would recommend this restaurant!!!“

The man working couldn’t have been kinder (I wish I got his name!) He gave us a 10-15 minute timeframe for our food to be ready as everything is made to order… And boy, is it worth that little wait. To start, the strawberry lemonade tasted incredibly fresh and was the perfect remedy to a hot August day. I’d absolutely recommend anyone try it if you’re a fan of tart lemonades. The waffle fries were cooked to perfection; crispy yet not fried too hard. The chicken was absolutely fantastic, and was certainly the star of the show as it should have been. The comeback sauce that is served with the meal is the perfect pairing for the chicken and fries. I can’t wait to come back, and will absolutely recommend Hot Headz to anyone looking for delicious food from an honest local business.“

“Better chicken than Zaxby's or Popeyes. Fries are okay. The jar deserts are a TAD over priced but they're amazing. Only dinging a star on service because they had me pull forward at the window and wait in a parking spot. But it was very busy after church on Sunday. Really enjoyed it.“

“I went trew the drive through and a young lady named taniya gave a smile and took my order and that just brightened up my day I was having such a hard day at work that the young lady Taniya made me feel like I was the only person my order was taken at around 1:30 and her speed was extremely fast with getting my order down and before I knew I was greeted by the young lady destiny who then served my order with a great smile also I will recommend this chick -fil-A and I’m definitely coming back to see those young ladies Taniya and destiny“

“I placed a mobile order and mistakenly entered in this location. Andrew called me and said my order was ready. I was at a neighboring CFA. They obviously didn’t have my mobile order so I called Andrew back to let home know I was headed his way. He was so pleasant and walked out to me car as he saw me approaching…..and it was a rainy rainy day! They even gave me hot fresh fries! Customer service at CFA is a gold standard. The boneless wings were good, they had two different flavors. The two piece chicken was very flavorful and was seasoned well. The honey butter biscuit was delicious!The service was good, I was able to order and get out within 5 minutes.“
