“I went through the drive through. As I pulled up I asked if we could come to the window. They didn't mind, ( I've had some experiences where other restaurants get irritated) I Expressed that we haven't eaten at Bojangles in years. I showed a picture of wings that I guess were a limited time. And explain that my son had autism and I just wanted to make sure that he would eat them. The lady at the window was more than happy to help. She showed us what one of the wings look like that they did have. And my son said that he would eat it. She also helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. I ended up getting the bo chicken bites meal, Cajun biscuit meal, and a the three-wing meal for my son. Once we got home we tried Bojangles for the very first time in years. My son tried it for the very first time in his life. He demolished the chicken wings. The bo bites were cooked perfect. They had plenty of meat in them, I am very pleased. My husband said that he loved the Cajun biscuit. The mac and cheese was a bit dry. But it was more moist than most places weve ate at. I'd say right up under Chick-fil-A Mac and cheese. ( But that could just be because we stopped by at 8:00 p.m.). So I want to say thank you to the lady at the window and to the staff for being patient with us. And showing hospitality. Although it may not mean much, they made our family's night. 💯“

“Went there today to start off they have absolutely the best store manager. I've seen or met in any fast food restaurants in the Powdersville area. I'm a regular customer I was there about 3 weeks ago, there was a young man that was really working hard and looked to be working harder than everyone else he took my order washed his hands put on fresh gloves. I said I'm glad your making my meal because the other guy making the food for the drive thru was using the register and touching everything and making food and this wasn't the first time I've seen him do so then he said something to me and it wasn't really nothing bad, but I could tell he was frustrated went today the same clean guy apologized while making my meal and he really didn't say anything wrong I told him so. Thought to myself. Great guy right there and an employee. He should be a shift manager, and I could see him having his own store one day if he wants to go that route 👍“

“I went around lunchtime the food was fresh. However, the cheese sticks were possible old. The cheese was almost like a texture or melted powder. ( hard to explain) When asking for the marinara sauce for them. It was like a hassle and a burden on the staff. What made the experience even more interesting. Was listening to all of their unusual and not so professional conversation while dining in. I mean you do get what you paid for.“

“Manager is great and nice. The drive through guy jokes with me, even after the AI has several problems hearing or modifying an order. Their coke zero had way too much soda water in it for like a month, but hopefully they've fixed that.“

“Drive thru order. No errors on order. Fries were hot and fresh. The only issue seems to be that Whoppers seem to be made in a hurry and pretty sloppy. Excessive mayo and pickles and one tiny piece of tomato in a corner. Burger meat was cool to touch. Eww.. Was hard to eat the sandwich. For $9, do better on the sandwich, please!“

“This Arby's was very clean, including the restroom. We were greeted when we went into the restaurant. We didn't have to wait. The gentleman who waited on us was polite and well spoken. Our order was exactly as requested, and everything was delicious. I think this was the best Arby's we have had in a long time.“
