She was attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring that our glasses were full and offering great recommendations from the menu. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for the food made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I hope management recognizes Jasmine's excellent customer skills and knowledge of the menu and fast-tracks her to management. “We went on a Monday night and it wasn't crowded at all. It still took a little bit for our food to arrive since they were short staffed but I'm glad the food was hot when we finally received it. Everything was delicious! Someone was always checking in on us which I appreciate. The food was really good. The cheesecake was the best part. It was really rich with a HUGE marshmallow topping. It definitely reminded me of the Cheesecake Factory. Their Christmas decorations were a nice touch as well. I give it 4/5 stars. The only disappointment to knock down a star was that some of the games were broken and most of the balls were missing from the hippo game. That was one of our favorites. Ultimately, I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back for the cheesecake!“

“Had a great experience, per usual, and Tipsy's last Thursday where Brandi happened to be serving me. Went in after my own bartending shift to throw some darts at wall and shove some nachos in my face. Many new faces there, all the customers were happy, friendly and pleasant. We chose music together, shared laughs. No one was over served or belligerently drunk and it was a great way to wind down. At the end of the evening. I've also had Peyton and Gill serve me and it's always hugs, hellos, lemme finish pouring these drinks and I'll get to you... are you eating? Need a menu? Great little spot!!“

“I really had fun when I came here, everyone was friendly and hitting the golf balls during one of the games actually helped me get some stress out of me and didn’t realize until I did, that was great help. Would love to come here again to give the mini golf course a try, didn’t my first time here because it was cold outside. “Mrs Andy was our waitress and had her for several other times we’ve been there I enjoyed myself and she remembers us ever time when we go. I told her about a complaint I had with Uber Eats with the same thing I ordered today and she never fails to do an excellent job. If I were owner of this franchise I would please give her a raise! “My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we were seated until the time we left, everything exceeded my expectations. The biggest reason for that was our server, Carla. She is the absolute best and a shining example of what five-star customer service should look like.

Carla was incredibly personable and made us feel genuinely welcome. She had excellent knowledge of the menu, answered all of our questions with confidence, and offered great recommendations. She was attentive throughout our meal, checking in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always full, our food arrived promptly, and she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and the way she treated every customer with kindness and professionalism. It is clear that she takes pride in providing an exceptional dining experience. Employees like Carla are the reason customers keep coming back.
