“Went through the drive thru recently and got a dozen of donuts and an iced coffee. A wonderful young lady by the name of Madison talked to me over the speaker and she has wonderful customer service skills. The drive thru time was very fast, as it only took me 1 minute to receive my order from the restaurant. I give Dunkin’ Donuts at Burnt Church Road 6/5 stars. I WILL be returning again.“
“Having traveled quite a bit recently, I noticed this to be one of the best stocked stores I've seen. The works smiled and were pleasant. I gave 3 stars on the food not because of the store. They put out the quality you should expect from Dunkin'. 3 ? based on the company no longer making the donuts fresh in store any longer. So every Dunkin' gets this rating from me. However, what is different is how each store operates, and this one I ? ?“
