“My husband and I went in today, 5/1 at around 1230, and my husband was very confused on how to order what he wanted. Sweet girl in there was so patient and nice and worked with us to get our drinks absolutely PERFECT. she did a great job, wish we would have caught her name. We really appreciated her customer service. Look how beautiful our drinks came out!!! 10/10!!“

“This is the nicest, cleanest McDonalds we have been to. We travel a lot from western NC to the coast and always stop at McD’s for breakfast. We ordered on the app and got fast, courteous service. The food was very fresh and made well. Keep it up, folks! Because now you are our hometown McDonalds!“

“I found this coffee shop online on Sat, 12/23/23, when I was searching for one nearby since Buck 'N Brew (Landrum, SC) & Tandem Creperie (Travelers Rest) were both closed. I'm so glad I found this shop! Once I heard from Lori (1 of the owners) that their maple latte was made from maple that was driven down from VT (I'm originally from NH), I decided to try it - SOOOO good! Denis (Lori's hubby) told me their milk was from a nearby farm, so I got that in the latte; it was so smooth! I also ordered a trio berry scone that was yummy! So impressed with this place & the friendliness of the owners! I'll def be back to try the Winterberry drink. MERRY CHRISTMAS & TY!“

“Pharmacy is one of my favorite local spots to get coffee! The beekeeper is my favorite hot or iced I also enjoy the golden milk latte and my husband loves their chai tea latte! Their attention to detail for avocado toast is top tier! I am a frequent customer and am never completely disappointed!“

“I was very impressed with this Starbucks. The person serving was very informative on options explaining I could get a free coffee of my choice instead of a refill. I was ecstatic! Then, later, I discovered I could get something different than Pike Roast in the afternoon. They have now installed coffee makers that brew the cup of coffee of your choice fresh each time. I am getting to be a bigger fan of this CEO and this local one at Greer made by day!“

“the waitress Tina needs another job cause being a waitress isn't the job for her she DROPPED 2 boxes on floor behind me she could have sat them down instead she rushed us to order never came back and asked us if we needed coffee had to get up 2 times to get more when she cleared a table of it's dishes she dropped them down on other dishes so that was very loud also she was right at my table and didn't even look my way then when we was waiting to pay in line instead of saying excuse me sir she once again was rude saying "you need to move" so I could complain about the food also but I'll jus complain about "Tina" the waitress. bad service can ruin the whole experience of eating here never going to waste my money or time again the rest of staff was great though..put Tina to doing dishes in the back so others don't have to experience her being disrespectful“

“Had to come on here and give my support for this location. The workers are great and the coffee is great too. So happy that this location opened since the one on Hyatt/lemmons has left me disappointed too many times now. The workers at the Hyatt St location are nice, but there’s been too many times that I have gone over there and they close early or the lobby is closed with no sign/explanation. A couple times would be understandable, but this seems to be a weekly happening at this point. The biggest problem however, is the last 5 times I went to that location (on Hyatt/lemmons) they didn’t have cold/nitro brew. Not sure why they never brew it but I got tired of driving over there for them to only have half their stock available. The new location here on Floyd baker though has yet to disappoint me. They seem to be on top of things there both inventory and scheduling wise. And maybe it’s in my head but I swear the drinks are better there too, I assume the baristas just give that little extra effort in the mix. Will continue to solely support this location as long as they continue to give out this excellent service, they deserve it!“

“I just moved to the area a few months ago from Charlotte, NC. I have gone to Starbucks daily, it’s a problem, for at least 5 years. The staff at this Starbucks is the best I have ever encountered!!!!!! They are always smiling! They treat me like a friend and always make my day. They never disappoint!! I love starting my day seeing them! This location knows how to get it done the right way!!“

“I definitely recommend this Starbucks. I took my Granddaughter there to spend time with her. It was very relaxing. We were able to talk and enjoy our order. She ordered a strawberry cake pop and ribbon crunch cold. I ordered a slice of lemon loaf and caramel macchiato hot.“

“Kid-friendliness: Took two children under the age of 7 inside, to pick up a mobile order and had to wait for a few. The boys were ok, but definitely louder than normal, etc. Everyone acted like it was ok to have kids up and down, loud, running, etc.. Kids being kids. It was nice to be able to wait for the order without stares and whispers, for a change ???♀️“

“I ordered my items through the drive through. The line was moving slow so I after I was done ordering I was still sitting in front of the microphone. I sneezed and about 3 seconds later a kind gentleman came on the mic and said bless you. This made my day. This Starbucks is the only Starbucks you should go to just because of that. 10/10. Good coffee too.“
