“As we were traveling home from Surfside beach, we stopped at this Subway to grab a bite to eat. The staff here is SO GREAT! And there was one employee that stood out. Her name is Jai and her customer service is on another level. Of all of my years of eating at any subway, I have never had an experience as great as the one I had today. Jai is attentive and was able to notice my non verbal cues when taking my order. She was patient with me and served us with a great smile! I wish we lived closer just to get that type of service more often. She is a shining star and I hope her management team knows how great of employee they have. Thank you Jai for all that you do.“

“We walked in and the first thing we noticed was the retro feel. The waitress was not very involved with us as customers but with the others she was making jokes and making everybody laugh. My only complaint is the fact that there was a little raw spot in one of the burgers.“
