“We love going for the wings and beer, but I've never done a review. Food and service can be inconsistent. For example, 4 people order and 3 meals come out. The fourth waits so long the other 3 are almost done with their food. Raw fries are inconsistently cooked, with "medium" sometimes being floppy and sometimes burnt- on the same plate! That said, the last visit was great, wings were tasty, and raw fries were cooked to perfection. Service was super, even though it appeared there was only one server. Had a small issue with the wings that was fixed right away. I'm always going to go here regardless. It's just too convenient, and the times they are good, they are really good. So I hope the recent experience is here to stay.“
“When we first drove up I was like hmmm. When we walked in I was thinking we should leave. It was dark and kind of shabby however I am glad I stayed. The service was friendly and the food was yummy. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was so good. Almost thought of ordering one to go. I will definitely go back.“
“I recently checked out this bar for a motorcycle event. One of the last true dives, fantastic saloon style bar and excellent value on fresh hot food. Burgers and fried chicken sandwiches were excellent, and it made all the difference on a cold day. Very welcoming staff and clientele. Owners even checked out our table when our food came out. This is a smoking bar, and drinking is done here, so don’t let your sensitivities keep you from a good time. Looking forward to my next visit.“
“I stopped in with a friend today and ordered the black and blue burger and fries.....OMG!!! the waiter was fantastic for starters. The burger was hand made, not pre frozen and the seasoning on the fries was off the charts, in short, I can't wait to go back!!! I live 45 min away and will try to make a point to go back once a week , 1 of the best burgers I've ever had hands down.“
