“I got the fried chicken sandwich a week ago and I'm still thinking about it. It was the biggest chicken sandwich I've ever seen. For $12 you simply can't beat it. Cheese was pouring over the sides of the sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. And tasty!“
“You order at the counter which I guess is fine for a pho place. However our food did not come out at the same time. 3 bowls of pho should be simple. The bowl with just meat and noodles took longer oddly enough. The broth was very good. A little fatty but flavor was excellent. My only problem was the size. For a 16.95 bowl of pho I expect to be full when I'm done. There was not enough of anything in the bowl for my liking.“
“I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and kind. Honestly, my only slight complaint was that the Boba (bubbles) were just a little chewy instead of a nice soft Boba I've experienced before. I ended up getting coffee milk tea and the flavor was very good! I went in the afternoon around 3pm so it could have just been at the end of a cook cycle.Parking: Pay by mobile app Parking lot is across the street, uncovered.“
“"What do you want for dinner?" seems to be the hardest decision some days. Today we decided to try some pleace new (to us). Corey brought up Thai Elephants, someone at the tattoo shop he works at had brought some in for lunch, and he said it looked delicious. Upon walking in, you are greeted with a friendly smile and hello. You can choose where you want to sit. It's not a very big place, but it's definitely a busy place. We saw I don't even know how many pick-up orders go out the door. And the tables were almost all full. The table and chairs have some beautiful carving in them, very nice touch! We ordered crab wonton and the fried gyoza to start with. Both were really good. A perfect crisp to both on the outside with a melt in your mouth taste. I ordered the pineapple fried rice. It was so delicious, a hint of pineapple taste followed by curry. The cashews in it were a nice touch as well. There was enough left over to bring home for lunch tomorrow. Corey had the drunken noodle. He said the flavor was perfect, tastes just how it's supposed to. Basil-ly and all. The only downfall was that he didn't know you could make it spicy. But now he knows he can add the heat for next time. Overall, we are both pleased we decided to try a new place, one that we will be coming back to!“
“Walflin is a FANTASTIC addition to Downtown Charleston. Don't let the location deter you - it shares a shop with an antique store (maybe the same owner?) which is a little odd but I am so happy I tried it. The waffles are incredible and the staff always goes above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and I can't say enough about the food - SO GOOD! Plus, the waffles are pretty easy to carry around, so no need to eat your dessert inside this antique shop if you don't want - take a stroll down market street while devouring this indulgent dessert!“
“Got the milk tea boba tea and kimchi udon soup. The boba tea was delicious and not overly sweet and the uson soup was tasty. Sour soup base with lots of kimchi, veggies, fat udon noodles and lots of seafood. Service was very good and restaurant was spacious so you didn't feel clustered.“
“I come here as often as I can to either get the chai or matcha tea. It is amazing along with their customer service, they always make you feel welcomed. I don't even like most vegetables but their Veggie Panini changed my mind. Maccaro is also a great place to sit down and study, they encourage it!“
