“The food is fresh, not over cooked. I have tried many of their dishes and they have all been so good. If I didn’t live so far I would be there often. I think it is so much healthier than most restaurants. They are careful about allergies. We have family members that have to eat gluten free and dairy free. They make sure the food they serve is fresh and safe. I love the variety and so much flavor and most of the time I have leftovers. The portions are very good. I like the quiet music so that you can enjoy good conversation. The servers are amazing. They are like family to us and I would highly recommend the James Island Folly Rd Thai Elephant to anyone looking for a remarkable Thai experience. The owner is from Thailand and knows her food well and how to take care of her customers. No one is perfect but she comes pretty close. Stop in and see for yourself.“

“I’ve walked by this place SO many times and decided to pop in one evening with a hankering for ice cream. When you walk in they had so much to offer - from ice cream to local goodies, t shirts, novelties and homemade baklava. They had a good variety of ice cream flavors and I settled on their chocolate mocha which was delicious! The guys behind the counter were so nice and noticed I was in the food and beverage industry and offered me a 10% discount which was very nice.
This place definitely caught me by surprise and I find it to be a really cool local spot right by the market.

“Sometimes what make us really come back to a place again is the costumer service. Went there this thursday 06/25/2026 at the northwoods mall with my son that had broke his jawbone. This really nice young lady stopped everything to explain how it works the menu and how we could adapt the drink so my son could enjoy his boba properly. She made sure the drink was cold with no ice because he couldn't have ice in his drink, she put it in a regular cup with no straw because he couldn't drink out of a straw. That is such a great way to raise your kids to be nice, helpful and respectful like that. Congratulations to her mom. Didn't had cash to tip her, but next time: 1000 tips for this girl! Amazing place, amazing drinks.“

“Tbh! As a Vietnamese I would like to say you guys make a best Banh Mi. The flavor of Banh Mi is exactly what we can find in Vietnam (especially South Vietnam). Pho is giving Southern style too.
