First, my daughter tried to order online and was unable to so she called and they don't take call ins. I was able to order online and she went to pick it up. When she comes home and we take our breakfast sandwiches out, none of them had sausage. Sausage was a part of what she and her dad got and I paid extra to get it on mine. My husband called and the guy didn't seem to care and didn't apologize. He did say we could come back but we were already home and eating. We shouldn't...read full review
This was my first time visiting this location of Panera Bread. I found the staff to be particularly friendly and helpful. The food was good and the servings were generous. The facility was clean.
