I asked for a m&m milkshake and instead I was givin a very very thick Oreo was not the happiest
Happened to stop by when their computers were down.
That didn't stop the employees from getting everyone's orders delivered anyway!
They were apologetic for the inconvenience, clearly informed us what was happening, and that they would work around the problem.
You guys were rocking it!

Sonic Drive-In is a typical fast-food spot perfect for a quick work lunch. The jumbo popcorn chicken is a favorite, and the pretzels with cheese and hot dogs with chili are delicious choices. With recent changes showing promise, the experience is even better. However, the service is always SOOoooo slow and some food like the burger or classic banana shake isn't fresh and can be disappointing, tasting like extract with no actual fruit. A Manager was very nasty about the situation, but other staff members are efficient and friendly. Sonic Drive-In remains a reliable spot for satisfying fast-food cravings, though some feel the restaurant needs to step it up.
