I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Clemson sc location! I thought I lost my promise ring so I called to see if they’d found it. They looked and called me back. They said they would call back again once they cleaned up for closing if they found it. I ended up finding it myself and they called me back to assure me they didn’t find it. I commend the dedication and I’m so appreciative that they searched for it and kept me updated. Very good customer service!
I will never attempt to go to this chick fil a location again. I placed a order on the app Saturday morning while waiting to get pulled in the parking lot. 40 minutes later I finally got to the place to scan the code and it had canceled my order because breakfast was over. Went back again Monday to try again. This time waited 30 minutes to receive the wrong drinks. I don’t suggest going to this location unless you have tons of time to waste!
Their service is terrible and every time you order a mobile order and pay for it they say they never have it.
