“I prefer a coffee shop where the place is cozy and a social experience. Over the years, corporate Starbucks has turned their coffee shops from a gathering and socializing place to a store. Yes, there are places to sit but the cozy and the ambient warmth is gone. The Baristas are a production team for the most part. The corporate training is gone and they resemble staff at a fast food place. See the picture; empty at 5:18PM.“

“This review is based on my overall experiences at this location, and they have consistently been great. The customer service is excellent, and the food quality is almost always spot on. I always check my order before leaving, and on the rare occasions something was missing, the staff was quick to fix it without any hassle or making me feel like an inconvenience. Whether I order in-store, online, or through the drive-thru, I’m always treated like a priority.“

“Rebecca is AMAZING!!! I got off the highway to grab some food still had about an hour and a half drive. Got in my car hopped back on the highway and noticed my wallet wasnt in my car!!!! I called the store, Rebecca answered and i told her i left my wallet! She found it where i left it in the ladies room and when i got back she had my wallet around her wrist making sure it was safe! Her honesty and helpfulness is something ill never forget! Thanks Girl!“

“Amazing employeesI went in and was already having a bad day wanting a pink drink with matcha cold foam I'm not sure of the name of the employee who rung up my order but he was so helpful and kind I had went to get a coffee cake after I got my drink thanked him and left the building. Once I had left the wind knocked my pastrie out of my hand and the gentleman came out and got me a new one and some extra cake pops I'm so grateful for him I was having a horrible day and he made it better.“

“It's a perfect little fast food restaurant. It has a grandiose sign, which was a nice photo spot with the kids. Staff was friendly. Had an interesting menu. I had a barbecue Sunday. They shoved a full meal into a cup, and it was great. Laurens is a pretty small town, this was a good choice.“

“Employee wasn't task focused and denied I had a mobile order and also became argumentative about the order. I gave her my name but then showed the employee my phone to prove I paid for the order. The Employee didn't even bother to see if she served the order off by accident. Instead, she insisted that I didn't place any online order and the store didn't have one.
6-8 minutes after showing the complete order on my phone, I finally received my order.
The food was hot and fresh, though!
Please teach communication, customer service, and how to use the system to look up orders or call a manager when issues occur and stop arguing with customers with receipts.
Let negative attitudes at home. Customers work hard also and simply want our food that we've overpaid high prices for so that we can go home or on about our Day /Business.“

“I would like to shout out one employee in particular...I did not get their name, but they have shoulder length black and blonde locks and wore a reflective vest.
Despite being busy, they were attentive enough to notice my distress caused by a medical emergency I was having, and kind enough to stop and check on me and even provide me with what I needed (honey packets) to avoid a visit to the ER or more life threatening symptoms.
Thank you so much for checking on me and providing me with assistance, you helped me more than you know just by taking the time to do that. Stay blessed and stay kind.“

“The Vestibule has lots of different coffees, smoothie and teas available. I have tried multiple iced coffees, haven't been disappointed yet. I am usually right on top of any specials/new drinks they offer just to say I have tried them. I highly recommend THE VESTIBULE.“
