Burger King in Columbia

“This place gets super busy on Wed and Thurs and you can expect it to be crowded, but the employees do their best to get things done. Only thing I can say is that through the hustle things gets messy and they just rush through things. Its the matter of the beast when they are against the clock as well. So you give them grace knowing how packed they are and when you get to see them on the other days when they are not as busy and what they can do.“

“In the past years this unit has consistently been very poor in all areas BUT lately (last several months) it has consistently been very much improved!!!! It seems to be managed by a family unit and they have made a great improvement. I would recommend anyone that has used this unit in the past to give them a second chance, I feel confident that you will see the improvement.“

“Ya know, most Burger King burgers seem to be frozen meat mixed with whatever to make burgers feel n taste hard n not freshly made, they also skimp on lettuce and tomatoes so burger taste like they are always missing something...Now Lake City Burger King actually does something right to bad all Burger King's couldn't make fresher tasting burgers.“

“I'm really surprised about my visit to this Burger King. I have avoided this location for a while due to bad past experience with customer service. Today was a total turn around. Everyone was polite, professional, and the cashier showed patience and courtesy. Our meals came out less than 10 min. Food was good, hot and on point. I really must say a major change from the past! My visit was on 10/18 at 3:30pm.“

“Everything good as expected but really urked 😣by advertising an item they can’t produce, in this case a seasonal cotton candy slushy drink, because their machine was down at fort Jackson, so ended up getting it at BK on Garner’s Ferry Rd. which was good tasting but yeah, food at both locations was good. 👍👍🤩🙏🫡🇺🇸#REBTD😇“

“Nice over worked drive thru attendant. Management needs to work on the drinks as taste was terrible a problem with mix of syrup I think. Burger was just the way I wanted and condiments were as I requested. Slow thru drive thru guessing due to lack of staff. But this Burger King is much better than the Burger King on Two notch, I went there first and it's always got issues and landscaping looks abandoned.“

“The manager on duty Tanya was absolutely awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️!!! I really appreciated her making my food although they were supposed to close from 2:30 to 3:15 am (didn't know) for their system update since I have been running around doing DoorDash all night!!! She's always a sweetheart and does an awesome job!!!!“

“I had a great experience I told this young lady Betty she’s is doing a wonderful job she’s very fast and she be on it I definitely will be back to this store I wasn’t disappointed at all very friendly crew good job you guys keep up the good work!!“

“I haven’t been here in a while but major improvement from my last visit !! I was greeted from across the room, quick fast service and the personalities of this group made me feel welcome. Keep up the great work and keep the hot food coming ?? be back soon for that impossible whopper with cheese !
