Burger King in Columbia

“In the past years this unit has consistently been very poor in all areas BUT lately (last several months) it has consistently been very much improved!!!! It seems to be managed by a family unit and they have made a great improvement. I would recommend anyone that has used this unit in the past to give them a second chance, I feel confident that you will see the improvement.“

“Ya know, most Burger King burgers seem to be frozen meat mixed with whatever to make burgers feel n taste hard n not freshly made, they also skimp on lettuce and tomatoes so burger taste like they are always missing something...Now Lake City Burger King actually does something right to bad all Burger King's couldn't make fresher tasting burgers.“

“So my order was incorrect but I am still giving a five star. My reason is when I walked up with my Burger King bag no one wanted to talk to me but a woman stated what can I do for you. I told her my order was incorrect and she put it in right but the cook did not read it. She said sorry and gave me hot fries and another drink. The cook said sorry to me and I told him it was alright no worries. Its how a company employees handle a mistake that brings them ahead because we are not perfect. I wish I got their names but the woman was wearing all black and this happened on 5/18/25 around 2.“

“I understand the weight was like almost 3 hours with all the new recruits graduating The look on my son's face when he bit into that baconator it was worth it Damn good service everything was correct even how crazy it was in there I've been to Burger King's where there's only couple customers and get my order wrong these people are amazing they should get praise“

“Nice over worked drive thru attendant. Management needs to work on the drinks as taste was terrible a problem with mix of syrup I think. Burger was just the way I wanted and condiments were as I requested. Slow thru drive thru guessing due to lack of staff. But this Burger King is much better than the Burger King on Two notch, I went there first and it's always got issues and landscaping looks abandoned.“

“I came in looking for the DC toys, and the lady was so nice and helpful. I got food of course since I was there anyway. I didn't get the employees name but she was very sweet. Even told me when to check back to see if they got the toys in at a later date.“

“Over the last couple of months the atmosphere of this Burger King location has positively changed tremendously from the prior management. As a customer who has goes on a regular, management and the staff are very accommodating and improvements are being made!“

“I had a great experience I told this young lady Betty she’s is doing a wonderful job she’s very fast and she be on it I definitely will be back to this store I wasn’t disappointed at all very friendly crew good job you guys keep up the good work!!“
