“Classic Chipotle. Price for the amount of food you get is somewhat justifiable. Just wish you got a little more because other places I’ve been give more for the same price. Line was smooth and food tasted good. Good customer service. Stomach happy. Good music.“
“Food and service are always great. App rarely works for me, so ordering ahead is usually not an option. Ordering ahead on their app can sometimes end with you waiting on-location anyways , but once you feel out the location you can generally gauge how long ahead to order.“
“Came by to get dinner few days ago. Nice environment and your staff were all very friendly and most helpful. Food was good and a great temperature. Great value for your large portions. Kudos to a young man that assisted me with making sure I had an item that I requested straight from the grill his name was Josh. He’s always there and always polite even in the midst of working when the air was out on a hot day over a month or ago. Your Chipotle is close to Ft Jackson and know that the ones of us that have worked in food business before military we value good places, good food and nice prices. 🙂“
“This is a very busy Chipotle location, especially at lunchtime in downtown Columbia. I went in just after their lunch rush and was waited on quickly and efficiently. I got a chicken bowl and the portion was large and the food was good. Normal Chipotle fare! I got my order to go, but I do like the outside seating in their covered, shady patio.“
“We did a group order and some of the meals were missing items. I don't always find the atmosphere to be inviting, so I usually do a mobile order.
The food is good and depending on who is making the order you either get plenty or not enough.
I ordered a chicken bowl and the rice was crunchy there were 8 pieces of chicken, they left off my black beans, the salsa was minimal but there was plenty of sour cream.“
“Friendly Service. Food was fresh even the chips!!! Sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it every time at this location. Food is always fresh. The service is always pleasant. I have a Chipotle not far from where I live literally less than a mile and I still come to this location. Keep up the good work. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.“
