Waitress nice but very slow getting food. Left off a side item and said she’d bring it back to us. Never did. When she finally came back we were finished eating. Asked about side item and said it will be another 15 minutes to get it. Told her no thank you we were all finishing up eating. Asked if she could take the side item off the ticket and she said no it cant be taken off bc meal came w meat and 2 sides! So, against my better judgment, I decided to take the plunge and give curbside pickup at this restaurant a shot. Because, you know, who enjoys tossing money out the window? Well, apparently not me, especially when I could've whipped up something far better at home for a fraction of the cost. I placed an order and told that it would be ready at 6:08 pm. I go in at that time and was told that my order was not ready, but it was sitting on the shelf without a ticket, so they did not know it was mine. The delivery person told me my order was next, ok cool. I waited 10 more minutes for them to tell me my order was there the whole time by this time, it was cold. The manager remade my order which was ok. When I got home the food was so bad.
