Dunkin' Donuts in Columbia

“Have been going to this location since moving here a year ago. Staff is always friendly and the Manager is a workhorse, I swear she there 10 days of the week. Every-time I am in, they remember my loud self and make it a point to make you feel at home. 10 Stars if I could.“

“Jodi went above and beyond to make sure I could get my boo bucket. They were out by the time I made it in, but took my information down I can come tomorrow and pick it up. When I was eating my other food with my family I decided I wanted a spider donut so I go to pay and Jodi tells me don’t worry about it because of the boo bucket issue. Please be kind to your food service workers. They’re very busy and doing their best.“

“Dunkin you really impressed this morning. I ordered the Chicken Roasted pepper wrap, and the Turkey Sausage and cheese. Both of them were delicious, but the roasted pepper wrap I really enjoyed. The service at the drive thru was good.

Parking: Not a lot of parking options with this location. Very small parking lot.“

“The drive thru is open early, but the dining room doesn’t open until later in the morning. The Boston Creme chocolate wasn’t completely set and dripping all over the box. The coffee was hot and fresh, and the drive thru line was moving faster than usual.

Kid-friendliness: My kids had to go to the bathroom, and the dining room wasn’t open. The dining room didn’t open until later in the morning, so traveling on a road trip we got breakfast, but had to stop somewhere else for a bathroom break.“

“This is a busy truck stop location. They don't participate in the Dunkin rewards or coupon programs, but they deliver great customer service and the sandwiches weren't but, but tasty. May have to wait a little longer at busy times, but it's worth the wait.“

“I come at least twice a week and everyone there is efficient, clean, and helpful. In particular, this one woman (she’s a little shorter, frequently seen at front counter/preparing coffee) is super quick and polite but everyone is great. Great coffee, too. Some Dunkin’s tend to have their coffees a little too milky or sweet but this one is ALWAYS hitting the mark.“

“Stopped in for a treat as was 1200 miles from home. Coffee was thankfully very good. Donuts were stale. I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere as I drive a handicapped van and pulling out of the driveway caused my van to bottom out very badly. Thought it had damaged my van. Will need to have it checked out when I get home“
