One of the staff members cussed at me and wouldn’t acknowledge me. I paid money to eat at this restaurant and have a good experience in firehouse is a hole let me down.
To go order had toppings all wrong (didn't discover til I got home. and they didn't give us chips.)Drinks tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When I picked up order, I wanted tea. They said they had to bring some out to the machine. I waited 15 minutes, they never brought it out.
Almost didn't eat order because the restaurant itself was so dirty-looking everywhere.
Staff acts like they could care less about anything. Will never go back.
On 5/17/2021 at 8:00pm I ordered 2 large subs to be delivered by Bite Squad. The order was accepted and payment cleared. At 8:30 pm a representative from Bite Squad called me to inform me that the restaurant was closing and my order was refused and canceled and my money refunded.
Firehouse advertises a 9:00pm closing yet for whatever reason they closed early. I contacted Firehouse to let them know. on 5/18/2021 I received a call from a woman saying she was the General Manager....read full review
