I eat here a good bit for lunch as it’s right across from my work. The employees are always so nice and polite! The food is good too!

Frankly Jimmy John's isn't my first place to go to for a sub but they were close by. I got the hot Italian with extra mayo. It was piled with meat so that's a treat, but there was no mayo on the sandwich even though I asked. No cheese. Very little dressing, tomatoes and lettuce. Piled with meat though. Also, what's up with fat food places asking for tips? Pay your staff and stop passing on their pay to customers if they need more money. This is getting ridiculous.
