I eat here a good bit for lunch as it’s right across from my work. The employees are always so nice and polite! The food is good too!
Ordered my food at 1:50pm. At 2:45 I receive a voicemail that said they apologize for the delay and that my order was on the way. I had called the store at 3:27pm, and all they did was confirm the driver was on the way. I know several people in my office area that order their food from them, but I will not a 2nd time. Added - I realize (and understand) that some of the delay may be due to staff shortage for health reasons, but I still felt communication could have been handled...read full review
If you want to waste an hour and a half while your sandwich sits waiting at the store, only to find out it will be an even longer wait before it’s delivered because the driver has to drive back to the store, pick up your food that is just sitting there, and THEN deliver it- then this is the place for you. To top it off, when you cancel your order you get to wait 3 to 5 days for your money to be returned!!
