KFC in Columbia

“Sending a huge Thank You out to the cook came today after church with my family in the drive-thru the young man brought our apple bites out to us I did not get his name but he had a grill...a beautiful smile he was very kind he has excellent customer service. Thank you sir the chicken was hot and delicious. God Bless You. Please value him he needs to be the Boss and give him a raise he really cares for people. I came 9/1/24 about @11:50 am or 12:20pm“

“KFC is my favorite fat food chicken, but the good didn't seem as good today. The cashier was polite and friendly, but they were understaffed so she had to take orders and leave the register to get food and drinks. Sometimes she would be gone a while and the love would grow. Even a drink refill took longer than expected. No one cleaned tables the entire time I was there.“

“It was Delicious Spectacular I was with my children and my husband here the chicken tastes delicious the mashed potatoes OMG!!! You can see that they cook it with love, congratulations to the work team, the girls are very helpful and friendly. I'm from Miami and a KFC in Miami is 1/10 here it's 100/100.“

“Arrived about noon after church on a Sunday.
Received service immediately when I arrived. It appeared to be staffed to handle the drive-thru, the front counter customers, and still have staff working in the back to box orders. This was not a skeleton crew. The parking lot, lobby, and bathrooms were clean. purchased 2-piece chicken, 2 large coleslaws, small mashed potatoes and gravy, and 1 fruit punch. The consistency of the coleslaw was excellent. (not soupy/watery) Another customer mentioned the same thing about the coleslaw. I do recommend and will return. Caution the staff to keep their personal conversations low.“

“Had to check out my local KFC tonight for something quick. I ordered the 5 piece tender meal. For sides I had the coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and fries.The KFC coleslaw is the best in the fast food business! The tenders were fresh, and the fries were crispy!The service was actually quick this evening, I was definitely a happy customer!“

“Love the food and atmosphere! The employees are laughing and cleaning. It's much better than hearing complaining and arguing at other establishments. I highly recommend this place.
