“I would like to share that the evening crew located on Taylor street in Columbia, SC was doing they MF thang on May 23..ok? I tried the chicken and waffle meal for the first time. Babeeeeeee, this is hands down the best waffle I have ever eaten! I left not prepared for my overwhelming urge to go back and get a dozen more. Do yall sell em that way? Don’t even use a fork ..as you can see..Well ..I ate it..and I really want more 🤷🏽‍♀️“

“KFC is my favorite fat food chicken, but the good didn't seem as good today. The cashier was polite and friendly, but they were understaffed so she had to take orders and leave the register to get food and drinks. Sometimes she would be gone a while and the love would grow. Even a drink refill took longer than expected. No one cleaned tables the entire time I was there.“

“Great chicken. I visit here often and enjoy it so much. Today is the first time I have anything negative to say. The chicken appeared overcooked or that the oil used to cook it needed changing. It was still very tasty but couldn't eat the skin because it was very dark, hard, and tasted a very tiny bit burned. Still very moist, though. Otherwise, the environment is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Staff is exceptional and has always been prompt, friendly, and helpful. This will always be my go-to place for chicken.“

“We went to KFC on Clemson 7/27/25. Immediately the cashier offered to take our order. We were kept abreast on our order status as we had a large order. Joe introduced himself when we were given the update, he was kind and considerate. Joe and the cashier were very helpful and friendly. I’m glad to see a drastic improvement at this location as we hadn’t been in 4 months because service wasn’t great. However, my husband wanted to see if any changes had been implemented. To our surprise we had a very positive experience compared to the previous experiences several months ago.

“Had to check out my local KFC tonight for something quick. I ordered the 5 piece tender meal. For sides I had the coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and fries.The KFC coleslaw is the best in the fast food business! The tenders were fresh, and the fries were crispy!The service was actually quick this evening, I was definitely a happy customer!“
