Unfortunately, they cannot still be using the Colonels recipe. The chicken appears to have no seasonings. I have tried about 3 times hoping it will better, to no avail. In the 1970’s, this was the best chicken. The last couple of years it has gotten worse. Why did they get rid of the steak fries, I will never know. Big mistake. That’s what made KFC unique. Well, now I can see why there business is off. This is a management issue.
If I could give less I would they don’t even deserve a zero Food always old Management Might as well not show up to work take my advice don’t go there. There’s a reason they have three stars..

Stay away from this location. I placed a drive thru order, drive up to the window to find the employee eating ice out of her hand (touching her mouth). If that wasn’t enough, up charged me on a drink that I didn’t request and got part of my order wrong. I ended up having to return to the drive thru because they left off some of my items.
