Just watched two employees (Ethan and Gabby) on the service line handle an extremely rude and entitled customer in the most courteous, compassionate, and professional manner I have ever witnessed. Really refreshing to see that level of care, despite the situation. No one deserves verbal abuse in their place of work, but these two were total pros. Whatever Panda Express is doing to train folks at this location, keep doing it. Nice job, guys!
