Subway provides a mix of experiences for its customers. Some appreciate the excellent customer service and energetic staff, making their dining experience enjoyable. However, others are disappointed with the new menu, feeling that it offers less value for the increased price. Some customers have also noticed a decline in bread freshness and smaller salad portions. Despite this, loyal customers appreciate the consistency of this particular Subway location, which makes their sandwiches right.
