Place an order at 8 PM. Website says they close at 10. Showed up, doors was locked, Lights were off, And nobody was in the building. Sign on the door clearly states they Closed at 10 PM. My online order still went through and charged my card and they did not cancel the order the next day. I have tried calling the place twice since I have placed my order and no one has answered the phone. Subways help number does not help In aiding to get a refund. Rated zero stars, if I could
I drive all the way to the store, and the door is locked at 5pm and the hours online say open until 10pm. I see a person inside, who is a subway employee, with her kids and she mouths to be, we are closed…
