Order online Order when the application said it was ready I went to pick it up and was told that the didn't have meatballs to make the order. So I proceeded to ask for a refund but was told it would take up to seven days to get my money back. So not only did I waste my gas by driving to the restaurant ,but also my time when take only had to say the order was unavailable for purchase. Somehow he made my sandwich.
I don’t know what’s going on but the last few times I have been there the service was completely crazy. The young ladies looked like they were literally moving in sinc, as slow as they possibly could. One cut my bread and mushed it at the same time. I will go back but I always peek in now to see if those girls are there. The last time they were, so I abruptly turned around and went to tropical smoothie! Service was amazing. The manager Neisha greeted me with a lovely welcoming. Help me decided on what to order. I ended up getting the all American club which was made to perfection. First subway I’ve been too in Columbia that was this clean, service was spot on. Will definitely be returning to location! Give her a raise she deserves it.
