“When you get that right Waffle House, you will know it! This Waffle House never disappoints! As soon as you open the door, “Good morning” It’s a good feeling to be recognized. The food was amazing! I always order “All-Star with a pecan waffle. Cooked to perfection! Justin is the manager and the cook! He came around & checked on each customer. What a nice personable touch of going above & beyond. Just perfect Kindness! 🥰“

May I just say that I have never ever had great costumer service from waffle house until I stopped food into the Waffle House #309. Patricia was amazing from the time I stopped for out the car to the time I finished my meal. I will be back but only when Patricia is working. The great costumer service not only is bringing me back but her personality! She made me feel welcomed and made sure I had everything I needed.“
“I visited yesterday 5/16/25. It was around 5. There were no customers only the two staff were present. I’ve been eating at The Waffle House for 30 years and last night was the best experience I’ve had all around. Thank you. I highly recommend the establishment.“
“This has to be the best Waffle House I have ever been to. There was no table available when we walked in and the manager made it a point to tell us one would be available soon. “My Bestie and I visited this store on one of the busiest days of the year, Valentine's Day. RO, HALEY,AMY, and LINDSAY all the staff was AMAZING!!! Reservations was required because of this special day. The store was decorated very festive for Valentine's Day. The store had a balloon arch to take pictures with your date. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone vibing to the selection of music. Kudos to the staff for making this day pleasurable.“
“I usually have a good experience at waffle house but lets be honest, your experience is only as good as your server and your server is only as good as his or her day has been going prior to your arrival. I enjoyed my last cook but the server I had wasn't that good but the fact that she was super honest made it alot more tolerable and even funny at times. When I say awww you poor thing, you look like you've had an ALL Night Flight and Literally CRASHED ON THE WAY INTO WORK TONIGHT RIGHT and she says Hunny I FEEL LIKE DOOKIE ON A STICK JUST BEFORE IT FALLS TO THE GROUND AND SPLATTS...I CAN RESPECT THAT!!! LOL LUCKILY FOR HER L, THE GIRLS WITH ME XOULD GEEL HER PAIN AND THEY HELPED HER WITH A COUPLE OF SHOTS TO GET HER THROUGH HER SHIFT and we left her $10 buck for Not FALLING WITH OUR FOOD AT ALL. She kept us entertained too and thats all that matters.“
“Jazz was exceptionally amazing when I visited the other night. She was very sweet, professional, and prompt. When taking my order, she repeated it back to me accurately. When my food arrived, I didn't have to ask for napkins, condiments, or anything extra because it was already provided. She is definitely the reason I will continue to come back :) and she's very cute. But overall, the customer service is the main perk.! way to rock jazz.“
“My group of friends and I came in today during Thanksgiving for breakfast. The waitress served us immediately, our food came out fast and tasted great, and I could tell this establishment cared about their customers. Stopped in at Waffle House today, and once again it reminded me why this place holds such a special spot in my heart. The staff was outstanding—so warm, friendly, and genuinely awesome to talk with. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in, which is everything I’ve come to love about this restaurant over the years.
What made this trip even more special was that it was my son’s very first time at a Waffle House. Being able to pass down the “wisdom” of this place—the great food, the laid-back atmosphere, and the people who make it feel like family—was something I’ll never forget. The meal was spot-on, cooked just right, and served with a smile.
Thank you to the incredible team here for making his first Waffle House experience such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!“
“Everything was great until I stepped up front to ask a question. I stood directly in front of an employee named Kinsley & asked her a question. She completely ignored me. I stepped to the right into the payment line and at that moment Kinsley looked directly at the lady in line in front of me and spoke to her and asked her if she could get anything for her but the lady replied that she was just there to pay her bill. I asked the cashier my question who answered it immediately as one would expect and then asked her what Kinsley's name was as she was not wearing a name tag. I told her that Kinsley wasn't nice to me and she replied that Kinsley is nice to everyone. I'd just like to say that people like Kinsley give customer's a bad experience. It doesn't cost a thing to have manners and use them with everyone you interact with every day. If you can't do that then you should not be working with the public.“
“Visiting the South for the first time, we had to check out a Waffle House. This one was right by our hotel, so we had breakfast before leaving town, and we loved it! Super friendly greeting when we arrived, very fast service. And the food was delicious! We had a chocolate chip waffle with bacon, a grits bowl with sausage, egg, and cheese, and the 2-egg breakfast with toast, chicken sausage, and the scattered, smothered, and covered hash browns (cooked with grilled onions and cheese). Everything was great - the eggs were perfectly cooked to over-medium, those hash browns were fantastic, the waffle was really good, and the grits were yummy. Good value too - couldn't eat here all the time (for health reasons), but will definitely come back!“
“Brought my girlfriend here for some breakfast after a late night at darlington raceway for the Nascar race. The manger is very friendly ran a thigh shift and we had good service cause of it. I was able to get a large coffee to go which I very much need.“

First off, it’s the cleanest Waffle House we’ve ever been to. It’s refreshing to walk into a Waffle House that’s not only welcoming but also genuinely well-kept.
The service is always friendly and fast, even when they’re busy. You can tell the crew works well together and knows how to keep things moving without cutting corners.
And of course, the food is consistently delicious—perfectly cooked eggs, golden hash browns, and waffles that hit the spot every time.
This Waffle House has set the bar high, and honestly, we don’t even bother with the others anymore. Highly recommend!“
