“I visited yesterday 5/16/25. It was around 5. There were no customers only the two staff were present. I’ve been eating at The Waffle House for 30 years and last night was the best experience I’ve had all around. Thank you. I highly recommend the establishment.“

I don’t mean to include photos of people but these two ladies right here (and there was another Black woman) need to be in charge of customer service training! The entire team on that shift seemed great.“
“This is the second time I've been here and this is the second time my Togo order was messed up. First time I was missing items I paid for and the second time they gave me the wrong burger. Not sure where the mis communication is coming from but please fix this issue!“
“A community meet & greet to a delicious meal 247!!! ( morning, noon & night). Gino is a great guy. He is very friendly; shares some wonderful stories, and makes you feel at home ( because he knows each of his customers' first names) and their specialty dishes. And besides all of that, he prepares some yummy 😋 dishes.“
“This has to be the best Waffle House I have ever been to. There was no table available when we walked in and the manager made it a point to tell us one would be available soon. The server was great I believe her name is Charlie. The food came out so fast and everything was amazing! Great experience!“

“My Bestie and I visited this store on one of the busiest days of the year, Valentine's Day. RO, HALEY,AMY, and LINDSAY all the staff was AMAZING!!! Reservations was required because of this special day. The store was decorated very festive for Valentine's Day. The store had a balloon arch to take pictures with your date. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone vibing to the selection of music. Kudos to the staff for making this day pleasurable.“
“We've visited two weekends in a row. Our waitstaff Brittany greeted us with a smile and a friendly welcome in. We were glad to be able to have her as our waitstaff each time. She was very attentive. We felt welcome & the food was excellent.“
“Jazz was exceptionally amazing when I visited the other night. She was very sweet, professional, and prompt. When taking my order, she repeated it back to me accurately. When my food arrived, I didn't have to ask for napkins, condiments, or anything extra because it was already provided. She is definitely the reason I will continue to come back :) and she's very cute. But overall, the customer service is the main perk.! way to rock jazz.“
“Typical WH madhouse for Saturday lunch. Food was excellent, but was brought to the table a plate at a time. Almost think they forgot our order and were making it as we asked about missing parts.
The kid selling doughnuts to raise money for his team was courteous and the doughnuts were excellent.“
“Everything was great until I stepped up front to ask a question. I stood directly in front of an employee named Kinsley & asked her a question. She completely ignored me. I stepped to the right into the payment line and at that moment Kinsley looked directly at the lady in line in front of me and spoke to her and asked her if she could get anything for her but the lady replied that she was just there to pay her bill. I asked the cashier my question who answered it immediately as one would expect and then asked her what Kinsley's name was as she was not wearing a name tag. I told her that Kinsley wasn't nice to me and she replied that Kinsley is nice to everyone. I'd just like to say that people like Kinsley give customer's a bad experience. It doesn't cost a thing to have manners and use them with everyone you interact with every day. If you can't do that then you should not be working with the public.“

First off, it’s the cleanest Waffle House we’ve ever been to. It’s refreshing to walk into a Waffle House that’s not only welcoming but also genuinely well-kept.
The service is always friendly and fast, even when they’re busy. You can tell the crew works well together and knows how to keep things moving without cutting corners.
And of course, the food is consistently delicious—perfectly cooked eggs, golden hash browns, and waffles that hit the spot every time.
This Waffle House has set the bar high, and honestly, we don’t even bother with the others anymore. Highly recommend!“
