“I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not act this way.“

“My favorite location. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time I come here. As a family we order normally twice a month. The food is perfect. This location is clean. I love the way they treat my kids and just how kind they are. We will continue to come to this location. Customer service is top notch. Keep being amazing and thank you for not only the food but just being so kind!“

“Subway will always be one of my go to places for a submich always great food and 9/10 times the service is awesome to and just my opinion the atmosphere really doesn't matter to me i honestly come to get my submich lol anybody wanting a good lunch or dinner come to subway getcha one dem submiches they got all kinds. Oh yeah yall don't be taking my words either enjoy 🤣🤣“
“I was in the hospital this past week and most know hospital food is terrible. So i ordered delivery from Jimmy John's i asked for no mayo but it arrived with mayo so the next day i ordered again and mentioned the previous mistake, when the girl arrived with my subs she apologized and said the manager put two free cookies in my order and was deeply sorry for prior mistake. I totally appreciated that and will continue doing business with them. Thank you.“

“I moved here 6yrs ago from outside of Philly and haven't been able to find anywhere around that makes a REAL PHILLY CHEESESTEAK or HOAGIE/SUB until now!!! I have tried both and they are DELICIOUS!! If you are like me and from the North East you definitely need to hit up Jersey Mike's....trust me you won't be disappointed. Service was fast and friendly both times I went. I will definitely be back!“

“This is my favorite spot for a fresh and delicious meal! Every time I come in, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it a really pleasant experience. I love being able to build my own sandwich exactly how I want it, and they are always generous with the toppings. owner is very Friendly The bread is always fresh, and the whole place is very clean and inviting. It's the perfect place for a quick lunch or a satisfying dinner. Highly recommend!“
