“I was in the hospital this past week and most know hospital food is terrible. So i ordered delivery from Jimmy John's i asked for no mayo but it arrived with mayo so the next day i ordered again and mentioned the previous mistake, when the girl arrived with my subs she apologized and said the manager put two free cookies in my order and was deeply sorry for prior mistake. I totally appreciated that and will continue doing business with them. Thank you.“

“I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not act this way.“

“The Chesnee Subway is one of the best restaurants in town. New management has really turned this location around. The food is awesome. It’s packaged neatly in the bag with condiments on top with nothing leaking. Sandwiches and salads are build beautifully by true sandwich artists. When ordering mobile the food is ready when you get there. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. I have been here three times under new management and had the same great experience each time. Don’t hesitate to try them out. You will not be disappointed.“
