“A fantastic friend suggested this spot for a delightful meal with live music, so my wife and I decided to give it a go last Friday night—and boy, were we impressed! Cary welcomed us with such a warm smile and positive energy that we knew we were in for a special night. Following her recommendation, we ordered the potato leek soup and the Reuben sandwich, and let me tell you, it was an absolute winning combo! The corned beef was just out of this world and complemented the soup perfectly. And that Bloody Mary Cary made? It was simply extraordinary! I absolutely adored the selection of pickled garnishes she put together . The service was outstanding, and the live music was fantastic. We promised Cary we’d come back to sample everything on the menu. We expressed our gratitude for how she made our night unforgettable, and she asked us to skip the tip and just write a great review for The Snug instead—that felt like the perfect gesture! Naturally, we did both! My wife even joked about reaching out to the mayor to rave about that incredible Bloody Mary! The Snug has definitely won our hearts, and we can’t wait to return!“

“We loved our first experience! Food was wonderful and Gloria our waitress was phenomenal. She was on top of serving us with our having to wait for refills or anything. Our kiddos were greeted with fun dough to play with while we waited for our food. Food came out quickly!“

“Been coming here for years and it never disappoints! The service is always super friendly, and they’ve got a nice menu with plenty of great seafood options. Highly recommend stopping by for their happy hour menu if you can—it’s a great deal. In my opinion, the hush puppies are the best anywhere.“

“Have had almost everything on the menu at this point and have never had anything that wasn't absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong with any of there pizzas or pasta dishes. Service is always top notch and its a noce cozy yet elegant atmosphere. One of our favorite dinner spots in town.“

“We ordered a takeout tonight for the first time from flatbread Grill and bar in Bluffton and it was a great experience! The food was ready quickly, ordering was easy and the it was delicious ! We will definitely be back and the atmosphere seemed so clean , and modern inside that we may even dine in next time . We had a grouper sandwich, Philly cheesesteak, cheese fajitas, and avocado rolls, and all were really good ! Definitely a place to check out for people of all ages and all food tastes . Good menu options.“

“We love it here! This was mine and my husband’s 5th time coming here and it was great. The environment was amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming. This time didn’t end like we would have wanted. Our server was great except he kept calling us dudes or some other nickname that isn’t used to address women. There were 3 guys and 3 girls so dudes wasn’t the most appropriate name to call us when trying to get our attention. As the night went on service was still good but then was time for the check. We asked our server for our check but no check was given to us, just a total (which was $50). We gave him $61 and told him to keep the change. We started thinking about how there was no way 8 beers and an $8 nachos costed that much (we ate 2 nights ago with family and all 5 of us ate and had 1 beer for $54). After confronting our server asking for a receipt, we got some attitude (like he knew he had been caught, and he was). After waiting to get the receipt it never came. He then sat down and showed me his notes. He lied and added things that we didn’t order trying to get more money out of us not knowing we have been there several times. After going back and forth on him being wrong and charging us too much, I said if every beer was $4 (which they are cheaper than that) or bill would be $40. He looked at his notepad nervously and said you’re right it’s $40, again lying and not actually knowing what it costs. He didn’t know where he messed up or what we actually had. Once we settled on $40 because I was tired of arguing, he brought me $10 assuming he still got an $11 tip. I left it and just said I hope he doesn’t do this to other people and understands how to be honest so he can keep my $11. Hoping to have this be a lesson for him. This was very frustrating because 1, don’t steal from customers and try to play it off (which he was and that’s why he was shaking and stumbling on words nervously when he got caught) and 2, don’t steal from your company. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We just won’t ever have him as a server again. I wish we knew our got his name, but we didn’t!“

“Best pizza hands down in Bluffton/HHI by a long shot! Not to mention the attentive, kind, and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help. So easy to come for amazing fresh seafood or meat but then wind up eating as much wood fire pizza as your stomach will allow and washing it down with a refreshing local beer poured by the awesome bartender Matthew... 🙋♂️ GUILTY!“

“It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and Carrie was absolutely amazing! We were sitting outside, and because of the weather, she thoughtfully lit a candle to help keep the bugs away from our table. She also turned the fan toward us to make us more comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. Her outstanding customer service made our experience even better. I will definitely be back, and I’ll definitely be asking for Carrie!“

“What a wonderful staff! I do a lot of food delivery in the area as well as order there myself and every time now two women are there greeting me with a big smile and making me feel so happy during a long work day. They are the sweetest ever. It reminds me of home being there that’s how warm and kind they are. No exaggeration. They are so sweet. Fast too! “Stopped in to this store a few times on our trip to Daufuskie last week. It's small but has a nice selection of items and some items local to the island. Very friendly owner. We plan visit the island again next year, and hope to try some of the food!“
