The sandwich is a hot mess don't get me wrong it was a good sandwich but it needed to be cut in half at the very least. If you are able to eat this with nothing but your bare hands you are more skilled than me. The meal will hit your wallet like and small explosive device, I got a medium combo and used points to purchase, all in all no casualties 👍“

“If all the fast food places I've decided I can justify eating at, I've been very happy with this Arby's and the one in Hartwell. They are usually clean and have good customer service. This is a relatively new Arby's. The food has been good overall. The fries especially. Seating is cozy and you can still have a private conversation. The soda fountain is still stocked with choices. Maybe pay a little more attention to keeping the tables cleaned between sittings and ask the young man (Kaeden) at the register to smile and greet customers with a cheerful demeanor.“

“I buy the FRISCO BREAKFAST meal frequently, but here lately the sourdough bread is not GRILLED like a grilled cheese. It is PLAIN RAW BREAD HORRIBLE. Of course you never find that out until you have left the window. I would strongly suggest you TRAIN the cook on how to make the products you sell. :(“

“I did a drive thru order. I know I can be hard to understand. The young lady asked me for confirmation on my order and I said yes. I didn’t know it what specifically I had agreed to until I got to the second window and the Second Lady read off my order. That was my fault, I was in a hurry and didn’t fully process what I was ordering at speaker. Both ladies were over the top apologetic and had wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely stop back by. Came around lunch on 8/31.“

They were quick, listened to my complex order, and actually got it right- which is harder than it sounds. And the GM is only 20 years old!!! But she does a damn good job. “I had a nice experience at this restaurant. I go semi-often and their usually pleasant. Tonight I went for a combo and Christina at the window let me know that if I wanted to I had the option to get a bottle of water rather than the water I ordered with the combo. This was nice because I don't normally like the dispensed water. It was a pleasant interaction for a simple drive thru order.“
