“Everything was awesome! We had guac to start which was super fresh, made at the table. I had the shrimp tacos which were packed with shrimp. I’ve had shrimp tacos elsewhere and they put two shrimp.
Our waitress Amanda was the sweetest and everything came out exactly as we ordered.
It gets busy so definitely make a reservation for Friday or Saturday nights.
Definitely adding Paco’s to my rotation of places to eat out.“

They are so personable, kind, and welcoming, not to mention they make amazing cocktails! (Janet's espresso martini is one of the best I have ever had) We are locals, so there are lots of competing places with similar vibes, but the service here is truly unmatched. We frequent the Foxhole often simply because Janet and David are some of the best bartenders around. Exceptional service with staff who truly care about doing a good job and making their guests feel at home.“

“Great food and great service. Got there with a reservation and we were seated within about 5 minutes of our reservation time. It was pretty crowded but wasn't too much of a problem.

Food was really good, got some of the shareable plates for the two of us to share, the brussel sprouts were great and loved the short rib croquettes.

The cocktail menu was extensive and the ones we tried were very good.

Even though it was crowded didn't feel like we were crowded at the table. We were able to have a good conversation without feeling like we had to worry about others hearing us.

“Just finished our New Year’s Eve Dinner at fine and Fettle and it was nothing short of amazing. The food was out of this world. The menu by Chef Greg should have a Michelin star. The atmosphere was inviting and the vibes were just what we needed to bring in 2026. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Our Servers were Zee And Tim and they were attentive, knowledgeable, and charismatic. This is my second dining experience with chef Greg featuring a specially procured menu and he has topped himself from the last time. I will be back Fine and Fettle owes me nothing. I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT STAFF UNTIL LAST NIGHT WHEN OUR SERVER FOLLOWED US OUT THE RESTAURANT TO RETURN MY TIP. SHE SAID "HERE Y'ALL CAN HAVE THIS, I DON'T WANT IT! THAT'S SORRY" I ALMOST DIDN'T RESPOND BUT INSTEAD TOLD HER THAT I STAYED THIRSTY. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK HER FOR WATER REFILLS. MY WATER WAS ORIGINALLY SERVED IN A TO GO CUP, SO I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE BROUGHT US WATER IN CUPS TO POUR INTO THE TO GO CUP. AT ONE POINT I WANTED SOMETHING BUT SHE WASN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE SHE WAS SITTING DOWN. SHE FORGOT AN ITEM WHICH WASTED SOME OF MY AYCE TIME. I FEEL AS IF THE TIP I LEFT REFLECTED HER SERVICE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNNECESSARY TO FOLLOW ME OUT THE RESTAURANT FOR CONFRONTATION. SHE WAS LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL, NOT WANTING TO TALK WANTING TO ARGUE, SO I CONTINUED TO WALK AWAY! 😡“
