“I'd give it a higher rating but the hostess or host person in the entrance wouldn't even tell you. Sorry that you had to wait 12 minutes to get somebody to look at you and he wasn't very pleasant to be around. As for the waitress, she was fantastic. That young lady is great“

“Ashlyn at the Rock Hill, SC location was an excellent server. She took great care of us. Our food was also delicious, a large group and not one complaint. “I stopped at Firebirds today for a late lunch. The soup of the day was amazing (Tomato bisque) and a perfectly cooked burger. Most outstanding was my server Michelle. She was so gracious I felt like she was welcomimg me into her home.“
