“Let’s just say we all expect Starbucks to be better than this, flies everywhere in the bakery counter .As a lot of my reviews of our beloved Starbucks are always positive and spot on excellent. This is why I was so stocked to see this condition in a ( New) Starbucks! We tried to bring it to the attention to the cashier but they just seemed not to consider about it? Again, I know that Starbucks are far better than this, We spend a lot of time on the road cycling and are always looking for our Starbucks ❤️The service was still great just had issues with the bakery counter.“

“The place was super busy, and there was a wait, but the staff were working hard to keep up. Our order suddenly disappeared from the board after waiting a bit, and when we brought it to their attention, the manager put a rush to get ours next. We really appreciate the fact that they were willing to jump on correcting the issue, and the staff worked hard without complaint. Thank you.“

“The interior is so cozy, warm, and inviting and the ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Prices are a little high but these days everything is so I’d rather support a smaller business than a corp like Starbucks if I can. My friends and I work nearby and grab coffee here pretty often :)“

“Awesome local coffee shop, amazing people, very friendly and cozy but gets awfully busy on Sunday mornings. Wide variety of pastries, breakfast and coffees and for those who aren't coffee drinkers they do hot chocolate. Support your local small businesses and stop in here to give them a try, you will not be disappointed“

“I can’t even stress how DELICIOUS these donuts are!!! By far the best I have ever had and I really love a good donut. ☺️ definitely try the lemon ricotta and Boston cream but you can’t go wrong with any of them! (We tried like 10 different flavors!) worth the trip for sure!!“

“This was my first time eating here. I had a goat cheese, pepper jelly, chicken biscuit that was quite tasty. Don't think I'd get the hash browns again but the sauce they served with them was good. Only gave service a 4 star as it's really a serve yourself as you order, they call you when it's ready. Also, self serve coffee and drink bar but food was ready quick.“

“This location is the closest to me and I find myself stopping in on the daily! My coffee is just right every time, as a barista myself I am always so pleased. My order is always right, they are always fast - even during a morning rush, and the baristas are SO kind and sweet to me every time!“

“Amazing employeesI went in and was already having a bad day wanting a pink drink with matcha cold foam I'm not sure of the name of the employee who rung up my order but he was so helpful and kind I had went to get a coffee cake after I got my drink thanked him and left the building. Once I had left the wind knocked my pastrie out of my hand and the gentleman came out and got me a new one and some extra cake pops I'm so grateful for him I was having a horrible day and he made it better.“

“I always get a Grande Iced Caramel Maciato with an extra shot of Expresso and Cold Foam on my way to work. I have about 15 m left on my journey and it's gone by then! Lol They make the best drinks and the barista that works the window is SUPER nice, he always makes my day! 8:30AM.“
“This Starbucks is located in an Ingles grocery store, and it's one of the best I've been to. The drinks are well made, and the baristas really take pride in their work.Charles, Victoria, Bailey and Tony really stand out. They're talented and make buying designer coffee a good experience.Definitely stop in if you get the chance!

“So, very nice folks and everything went well, but I walked in to an empty coffee shop. As I stood behind the cash register, a very polite barista walked out and asked me if I had the app, and suggested that things would be much faster if I ordered on the app. I do, and did, and got my order quickly, but I was not really expecting to order from my phone while standing physically inside the location. Again, very polite employees and relatively quick service, but a little outside the norm.“

“Can't express how much I LOVE Dapper Dog. We've become regulars and it only took one visit -- friendly staff, friendly patrons and the friendliest of pups.
They take responsible dog ownership seriously and it's such great peace of mind every time we take our dogs there. There's always an ample amount of parking (I've never seen anyone park on the sidewalk like a previous review said) and the location is amazing! Great drink selection too.
I can't recommend this place enough, whether you have dogs or not!“

“Not a criticism, just a comment. Not sure why but the coffee at this Starbucks seems to be much stronger than at other locations, like Fairview Rd and Main St. Being just a mile from my house, I wish it wasn't. I'd probably go more often. I just don't care for it being that strong. On the plus side, the service at the drive-through is always great, and the folks I encounter there are friendly and polite.“

“We ordered a mix of drinks (French Toast Latte, Drip, and Shamrock Shake), two breakfast sandwiches, and bakes goods, and all were delicious. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Quiet but very casual and the little games and things to do were especially helpful for my 6 year old“
