Service is always consistent, fast, and pleasant as they always prioritize getting to customers in a timely and efficient manner. If you are pleasant to them, they will certainly be pleasant to you. This is hands down the best subway I have ever been to. They also always gladly accept my coupons!! :)“

“I stopped by Sully's Steamers in Mauldin and ordered the Meat Chimney, and it was fresh, hot, and really good. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the steamed bagel was a nice change from a regular sandwich. Alacyea was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better with her great customer service. Overall, it was a great visit, and I'll definitely be back.“

“This was the BEST Philly Cheesesteak I’ve had in a very long time. I was told at check out that it was going to be great. The associate said “you’re going to love it. I made it. They call me Philly Willy”

Well Philly Willy, you are correct. I loved it and now I need your schedule each week so I can make sure you are there when I stop by for a cheesesteak.

“Wells Fargo called me this morning telling me that chicken salad chick had my Wallet with my credit cards and money. I was so grateful that they found it and returned it. I would recommend them for their amazing food but also for their amazing people who are honest and made my life a lot easier!“

“There was a big mess up on my order but I understand we all make mistakes. The reicept you couldn't read the quanity of what my husband ordered. No biggie I called the store. My man that was working immediately made it right and I went and picked it up. I appreciated it so much. So to the guys that were working night shift on 6/8/2026. They have amazing customer service skills and deserve alot of praise and a raise!“

“I would to give a big shout out to the staff that worked last night 8/23/24. I noticed I didn't have my wallet at next stop. called them n they said Noone turned one in. I called back n asked can you look by the pop machine maybe left it by there he said sorry just cleaned around the area n nothing. I said I was parked just outside door on pop machine side. he looked out window n didn't see anything. I gave my number n not even 10 minutes later they called back n said they found it. someone went outside and looked in my parking spot n there it sat. 2 hours later still sitting there. big thank you guys who went out n looked for me. it's just a small square key chain wallet so small small small. hey guys I can't thank you enough. oh and thank you Lord for guarding it safe that not one picked it up n pocked it. have a great weekend everyone“

“Nice staff, service was quick. The veggies were fresh, which is great because I've been to other subways and the tomatoes look like they've been frozen then thawed over and over, and they'll try to put them on your sandwich anyway. This is my new subway location. I was also able to easily use my coupon here, this other location said they couldn't take coupons, Really??“

“Sandwiches were wonderful. If you can afford it, go for it! Potato Salad was yummie. Unfortunately we won't be back. $39 and change for 2 Sandwiches and 2 Sodas is just to expensive for us old folks.“

“Great location and service. My food was excellent, restaurant was clean, and staff were polite. I dropped an airpod and didn’t realize, came back 45min later and they were honest and kept it safe for me. There was a young man with curly blonde hair and an older woman with dark hair working. This was just a stop on a road trip or I’d frequent this location!“
