“This place is definitely worth the price, the food is absolutely amazing and you get a good amount of it. We tried the pork, the brisket, and the shrimp, which all deserve a major nod. We finished our meal with a piece of the red velvet cake and it DID NOT disappoint. We will definitely be back and recommend anyone who is thinking about eating here, do it!“

“The interior is so cozy, warm, and inviting and the ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Prices are a little high but these days everything is so I’d rather support a smaller business than a corp like Starbucks if I can. My friends and I work nearby and grab coffee here pretty often :)“

“My husband & I dined today 6/15 as 1st time patrons. Our server Savannah was amazing very knowledgeable great suggestions. Our meal was absolutely delicious. “Persis was recommended by a friend while we were on vacation in the Greenville area and our experience was even better than expected. The service was welcoming and friendly. The appetizers, dinner, drinks, and dessert were flavorful and filling. It met the needs of our group with vegetarian and gluten free options. If we lived in the area this would definitely be a regular favorite!“

“The food at Kairos is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, tonight while making my pita, the person who was helping me wiped his hands on his shirt and then didn’t change his gloves. I didn’t want to say anything because I felt uncomfortable and there were other customers in line, but I wish he would have changed his gloves. I’m hoping his shirt was clean and had been washed recently, especially with all the sickness that’s going around. I will eat at Kairos again, but hopefully this will be discussed with the employees.“

“Just visited Boston Pizzeria. For the 1st time. When I walked in the door I was greeted and the aroma was wonderful. The dessert case is at the hostess station. Yummy. Ordered a small meat lovers pizza. The best pizza I have had in all of South Carolina. I drove 45 minutes to experience it, with a good friend recommendation. I am planning to go back with my family to sit down to experience the whole supper. The crust is just a little doughy in the center and very crisp on the outside. The cheese 🧀 was so fresh. Yummy. Very worth the 45 minute drive to get there. I will save room for dessert and take a doggie bag of my left overs.“

“We recently used Sully’s Steamers for catered boxed lunches and were really impressed with how well everything was handled. They followed our instructions exactly, delivered right on time, and had every box clearly labeled for dietary restrictions, which made things very easy on our end.
The food was a crowd favorite and went over great with the whole group. It’s refreshing to work with a company that pays close attention to the details and executes exactly what was requested.
We’ll definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for catering.“

“I travel a lot for work. I stopped by Brixx Wood Fire Pizza. It was almost like I was at Cheers. It was like everyone knew everyone. The waitress Jen was amazing. As people walked it she knew them by name. I thought that was pretty cool in my opinion.“

She was extremely kind even though I couldn’t make up my mind on certain dishes and was very patient with me. She also has some GREAT recommendations that were greatly appreciated. “Well I would absolutely go back to this tropical grille.. because we were hesitant about what we were going to order…. & Quenzel( Denzel) I pray I didn’t mess his name up to much he was pleasantly getting us thru the drive through with such patience &everything we ordered He was Awesome!!!!! “I was here for lunch a couple of times. I can really only speak to lunch items like burgers and sandwiches. I had the marble canyon burger? I think was the name. It was mid to good. It wasnt quite what I was hoping for based on the menu description but it was still tasty. I was picturing browned seasoned mushrooms and blue cheese crumbles. It was more like blue cheese dressing and salad mushrooms. I forgot what I got the first time I went but I remember it being good, but not exceptional enough to remember. I may go with an entree or pasta next time I stop in here and see if I can edit that food rating. The burgers are large and the ingredients are obviously good, but they weren't memorable in flavor, but ive had some pretty amazing burgers in the past.
Service was good and friendly.
My favorite thing about this place is, at lunch anyway, how quiet and comfortable it is to sit and enjoy a meal. Its also in the same parking lot with one of the lowes I visit regularly for my job which makes it very convenient as well.“

“I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her. It was a beautiful thing to see! In these times; challenging as they may or may not be, it is my wish that these 2 employees are recognized by the franchisee and corporate office. Thank you for hiring such good hardworking people and know for that reason alone I will be back again and again... Willow and Avery; thank you and keep rocking it and making the world a better place. The smoothie was awesome!!!“

I am highly impressed with how this situation and we were handled. Shout out to Chris who is over 13 stores and made sure this became a teaching moment and a moment to sit down face to face with everyone involved. If only we could do this in the world we would be in a better place as the human race. Panera will not be losing us as customers and I'm sure all the stores he is over will find themselves better because of his leadership. I decided to keep the original review because how a company handle issues shows character and builds trust for the brand
THIS is what passes for “customer service” at Panera Bread on Woodruff Rd????
My husband walked in to pick up a PREPAID order of bagels for his job.This was an order he stepped in to grab because someone else couldn’t, and somehow ended up being treated like a suspect instead of a customer.
And let’s be very clear about how this unfolded:
The first employee he spoke to had no issue at all.
He gave the name, and everything was moving exactly as it should.
Then an older white female stepped in and suddenly everything changed.
Suddenly he was a “scammer.”
Suddenly he needed to “call the person who ordered it.”
Suddenly the proof in his hand wasn’t enough.
Same MAN DRESSED IN A SHIRT WITH THE COMPANY LOGO. Same order. Same proof.
Different reaction.
This handome, beautiful spirited, kind BLACK AND PUERTO RICAN man who always wants the best for everyone is a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandson, friend, mentor, leader, a man of God, and a pastor. His reputation of service to others is phenomenal! He is the kind of man who speaks to everyone, holds doors for others, and will help a stranger without hesitation.
And even in that moment of being profiled over something already PAID FOR he did not get loud, did not get rude, did not become angry( how yall LOVE TO STEREOTYPE PEOPLE OF COLOR)
He bit his tongue! Stayed calm! Showed restraint!
And waited while your employee decided whether he was “worthy” of receiving an order that was already paid for!!!!
That right there is the problem.
Because when a man can do EVERYTHING right, come prepared, be respectful, be calm and YET STILL be treated like he doesn’t belong...
That’s not confusion.
That’s not policy.
That’s bias! That’s profiling! That’s racism!
Panera Bread please explain to us why did one employee see a customer, and another see a threat?
What kind of environment allows that kind of bias to show up so comfortably?
And what are you going to do to make sure this doesn’t keep happening?
Because today it was my husband a man who chose grace when he didn’t have to!
But let’s be clear 🗣🎙 HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT IN THAT POSITION TO BEGIN WITH!
DO BETTER! BecAUSE HE DESERVES BETTER! WE ALL DO!
