The staff working now is a lot nicee than the staff that was working prior to and at the beginning of the Pandemic. Glad to see them gone!!!
I feel like it just needs to be updated.. that's all. Its good Krystal product.
Excellent customer service Mrs Angela had a line around the corner on Sunday & one more young man was on the grill they remained
pleasant despite there working situation.. she apologized to every customer she helped next.. I told her I was grateful for there ( 2 people) hard work during this mad rush& keeping a smile & cheerful mood along the way .. exceptional employees whom need to be acknowledged & maybe given a monetary compensation for there very hard work .. thanks again...read full review

Krystal is a beloved restaurant with a nostalgic appeal, serving signature square burgers. This location remains a good stop, offering hot food and friendly service despite some franchises declining. Long-time fans swear by Krystal's flavor, often comparing it favorably to White Castle. Many customers have praised the amazing burgers and chicken, noting that the service is awesome and fast. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, making it a pleasant stop during travels. However, some issues with large orders and bathroom maintenance have been reported. Overall, the courteous staff and welcoming atmosphere make it a place worth visiting.
