The staff working the day of the shower, Brooke and Austin, went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were super friendly and very professional. I ordered the 3005 Burger, and y’all… I was not prepared. This wasn’t just a burger. This was an experience. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned beef stacked with all the right fixings—it was messy in the best way and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite was a harmony of smoky, savory, and slightly sweet bliss. But what really put this meal over the top was the mastermind behind the grill—Wax. Whoever this wizard is, give him a raise, a trophy, and maybe his own Food Network show. You could tell this burger was made with love, intention, and serious culinary skill. We came for a celebration, but we left talking about that burger. Honestly, if you’re in Charleston and don’t stop by Rusty Bull Brewing for the 3005 Burger, you’re doing it wrong. “We visited Holy City Brewing today for lunch. We each had a couple of beers, most noted the Cotton Candy Cream Ale and the Hazy Dive. The tomato bacon jam burger was so good, but the Garlic Patty Melt was top notch. Even though they were extremely busy with large parties due to graduation, our waitress was wonderful!
