“Today my wife and I stopped by to get some iced coffee’s to go. They were able to provide me with 1 because they had run out. The manager Fatima came out with my order and informed me. I thought it was great on the customer service side that she came out. I was able to get something different for my second drink and that resolved the issue with the order. Big shout out to Fatima because she was very friendly and addressed the concern about the order immediately. It’s okay that I did not get exactly what I ordered, the approach and the way everything was handled by the manager is why I am posting this review. Many times the people that do great work never get recognized, I thank Fatima for her attention to detail and kind service.“
