“Being without power for 10 days ? then coming to McDonald's and EVERYONE was pleasant and very friendly ? and the food was delicious ? just THANKFUL

“It was alright at best the food was not hot enough so the cheese on the mcdouble was not melted,, my don joined me ordered a milk shake that they charged him for twice and then forgot to give it to him so he went to sit in the car.. And his dad had to get the money back and the milkshake an hour later and they act like he was lying about it... The bathroom women's bathroom stunk horribly so thats the reason why I gave three stars....“

“This is The Absolute Top tier McDonald's in whole of South Carolina!!! The employees are sooo fast, kind, and consistent. Adam was so polite and proffessional. And the Ice cream machine is Always working ?? Definitely HiHottie ? approved ❣️“

“The dining area was mostly clean. They were busy with drive-thru and delivery orders. Walk up customers were left waiting. The food was what you would expect from a McDonald's. Unfortunately the other customers and their children were ill-behaved. I added a star to compensate.“

“This McDonald's is ok, they haven't done me wrong yet. Food's usually up to the standard and I can't remember any time they got my order wrong - but then again my orders are simple and I've only used the drive-through.“

“I worked here in 2021. First time ever working for the corporation but it was an experience I'll never forget. I had no idea just how busy McDonald's really is and it non stop! What I liked about working here was there was never a dull moment. You're constantly meeting and greeting new people. There is opportunity to learn and advance is youre interested and motivated. I loved my employee meal as I was able to receive every shift I worked. Drinks are unlimited to employees so I got silly off of HI-C alot! ? The sprite is a must! I want to specifically let JOEY & DANIELLE know you two were probably the best two people I've ever worked for and with. All around hands down the best management I've ever encountered and supervisory from Danielle. Joey is outstanding & is probably one of the most professional, nicest, hardworking persons I've encountered and Danielle is always positive and outgoing. She really made me enjoy working there with her. Derrick was a delight to work with as well! Just wanted to come through and give you 5 stars for being the first and best McDonald's I've been employed at and have eaten at. I still come eat here alot. Now I do wanna pinpoint and this is just for safety be careful coming in and out of the entrance across from Walmart and that stop light. It's a dangerous ?️ road and accidents can be frequent. The entrance needs to be a little more safe because you have people trying to cut in line from two directions with no advisory so it can be a little traffic halt right there in the road. Otherwise it's a great place. Love sweet T “

“Placed a mobile order. After we arrived we received our order in about 10 minutes. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. The mocha frappes were yummy. Best McDonald's fries I've had in ages. The nuggies were good too. This McDonald's is 100 times better than the Easley and Powdersville locations.“

“The cashier who took the large group order on 7/17 around 5:50 was phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name but excellent customer service, she did bot complain and she got it all right. Her along with the entire kitchen/ cook staff was amazing. Thank you!“

“I'll go here every once in a while. Took my daughter this one time and I was surprised at how empty the child playground area was. I mean not for us cause that meant we had it all to ourselves, but it really does show the direction technology is taking us in. Anyway she loved playing there. Could use more things to do than just the one slide.“

“While I'm not a fan of McDonald's, I went here for the boo buckets for the kids. Sadly, they didn't have them, but the kids enjoyed their happy meals. I gave a 4 star for service because the kids meal boxes were not closed. Not sure if this is actually common practice, but I thought it took away the novelty of it.“

“Ordered the cheeseburger pack on UberEats, relatively late mind you; they prepared it really fast, everything, even the fries tasted fresh, gave me all my sauces including the extras, and a straw with my drink. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had with Mickey D's recently! Appreciate yall, great job.“

“Service was slow. Sat in the drive through for longer than usual. Was a problem at the window and had to move up to move the line, but was just waiting for a coke. It would have been faster to grab a cup, get ice, and put some coke in the cup instead of making us pull up. I don't understand why it took so long or why doing their job was such an issue“
