About Zaxby's

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant with varying experiences. Some customers have reported slow service, with long wait times and incomplete menus, particularly at the White Horse Rd location. However, others have had exceptional experiences, with friendly and generous staff who go above and beyond, such as offering free drinks and meals, and even hand-frying shrimp in a unique and entertaining way. The atmosphere can be lively, with hip hop music adding to the ambiance. While some locations may need improvement, others seem to excel in customer service, making Zaxby's a potentially rewarding dining experience. Customers praise the chicken, which is cooked perfectly with just the right breading, and note that the fries are consistently crunchy and well-prepared. Many also favor the coleslaw over other chains and enjoy fast service. However, some have experienced issues with drive-thru orders being incorrect, highlighting that filling orders accurately remains an area for improvement. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, especially for those who appreciate good chicken and friendly service.
