very friendly staff & food was hit & fresh.
Just went thru the drive thru by time I paid my food was handed to me. I forgot to ask for sauce, in the bag, forgot about napkins in the bag. The young Lady taking orders was so sweet! Food was really good too! Shout out to your staff this Sunday morning 9/06/26

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant that has improved its environment and service. The location is now updated, clean, and modern, creating a nice atmosphere for customers. Many reviewers mention that the service is friendly and professional, with staff members being helpful, polite, and cheerful. The food quality has also seen some positive changes; the chicken strips are now moist and well-cooked, although they have become smaller. Customers appreciate the quick and seamless pickup experience, especially praising staff members like Ivey for their excellent service. However, some concerns remain about pricing, which has increased significantly since COVID-19, making some customers feel the meals are too expensive for the quality and portion size. Overall, while the restaurant has good food and friendly service, there are mixed feelings about the prices and consistency. Nevertheless, many appreciate the efforts of the management to address concerns and improve the experience.
