What I want others to understand….if you have a great waiter/waitress, soak in it… may take awhile for meal to come out but understand that it is not their fault. All businesses are understaffed and doing their very best. Be kind and don’t act like you are elite or an exception. We are all human. Love the Rooster!“

“Came in with a couple of friends, on a Wednesday, after a really rough night at work. They were playing music on the porch and asking for requests. Very laid back, chill place, with some great people. Had a great time. I would definitely recommend that you try the place out. I wish I knew about this place a lot sooner. Will be going again!“

“We have wanted to try this restaurant for some time. It is a little drive for us. So we tried it for the first time today. Verrrry good!!! We were served quickly, My brisket was great! The croissants are to die for! Travis was our server and he was warm, friendly and attentive. This will definitely not be our last visit!“

Only complaint was many people in our group would ask for something and response was we done have any. (Eg berries for cheesecake) or type of wine. They need a better supplier.“

“We went through the drive through and young lady named Reagan took our order and handled our orders. We are large family which ends up being a large order and I try to avoid take out at short notice because most chains I've been to get annoyed and frustrated about cooking 7 combo meals. Cook out has been literally the only place I feel welcomed to come order from AND they NEVER get my meals wrong. Reagan was the best part! She was super kind and pleasant that it's almost not normal to see in customer service now days. I managed at many companies in my time and she should be a store manager!!! Thank you Reagan for such a positive attitude on the busiest of nights!“

“I really enjoy the food but the customer service is always bare minimum. I also don't understand why you only give two packs of crackers for a large salad and two cups of chicken salad. then when I asked for more they immediately looked at my reciept and told asked me "did you have a salad" I replied yes and she said "well it's in the bag" got home and I have two packs of captain wafers. I hope you guys know those things are not made out of gold. as high as your prices are it would be nice to be able to get a few extra pack of crackers without be scolded.“

“We had take out.Great chicken sandwich. The sweet potato fries were like stewed potatoes. I put them in my air fryer to get them crisp. I did think a sandwich and fries were a little pricy at close to $17. I will return but wiser in choices.“

“Visited Wednesday night. Ordered steak. It was very good but it took a while and most of my party had almost finished eating so I just ate a little and got a to go box. Sadly, I left my box on the table when I left. I returned in less than 5 minutes and it had been thrown in the trash. This was totally my fault but I feel they could have waited a little longer to toss. Just putting this out there so maybe it’ll help someone else. Thanks.“
