“I just want to say thank you to Hartsville Starbucks. I never have to worry about my drinks not being made correctly. I always get chai tea and you guys are the only one who consistently make it correctly. I’ve gotten five PS chias since it came out this week and today was the first one that tasted perfect and it’s the first one I’ve gotten this year in Hartsville. I love you guys!! I also want to say I never complain about them being made wrong anywhere I just leave in sadness. But I always leave Hartaville with a huge smile 😊“

“Love the coffee, love the food! I am from and live in Hartsville and love this place! What I want others to understand….if you have a great waiter/waitress, soak in it… may take awhile for meal to come out but understand that it is not their fault. All businesses are understaffed and doing their very best. Be kind and don’t act like you are elite or an exception. We are all human. Love the Rooster!“
