We worked closely with Katie throughout our experience and wedding planning and she was amazing and a true professional. She helped us with multiple tastings to choose just the right food. Choosing what we wanted was difficult because everything was fantastic! After our wedding many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how wonderful the staff was. “We hired Dan & Debbie to cater our sons graduation party for 60 people! The food arrived on time, hot and tasted amazing!!! It was a hit and all the brisket, turkey & chicken wing went fast! We ordered enough, but people went back for 2nd & 3rds! Banana pudding was the “excellent” cherry on top! They are our favorite BBQ place in town, especially the Brisket!!!“

“From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. The gentleman at the register was very helpful in explaining the menu options and what suited a group of 4. The family pack was portioned well and more than enough food for the price. They brought out the food and were all very friendly. The ribs and pulled pork were delicious. The potato salad was perfect and the peach cobbler was still hot with great flavor and texture. I just wish they had more drink options. Everything was clean including the bathrooms. “This City Barbecue restaurant is so good. It's so hard to decide what to get on the menu because everything looks delicious. I wish we could get every single side. The barbecue sandwich was great and delicious 😋. My kids love it and ate everything. It's also quick when everyone is hungry. It's a good place to stop after soccer at the Matthews sportsplex. We loved the corn pudding and the hush puppies and the cornbread and the green beans with the bacon are so delicious. We're definitely coming back to this City Barbeque.“
