“I used Waiter’s Choice for my May wedding and highly recommend them. The food was delicious - we had lasagna and Tuscan chicken. I definitely recommend doing the tasting since that helped us weed out some appetizer options we were on the fence about since they were honest about which was store bought vs homemade. We had some issues initially since we weren’t told our initial contact left the company, but once we got transferred to Margie everything was smooth sailing - she’s amazing! Day of service was great too. Great company.“

“One first eats with their eyes. Presentation of the salad was out of this world. The salad taste as if it was picked from the Garden of Eden. The vegetables and fruits were fresh and crisp. The BBQ grilled chicken breast was juicy and the blackberry sauce was finger licking good! The macaroni and cheese was cheesy and well seasoned. The oatmeal chocolate brownie tasted heavenly! This food was indeed catered with passion and love. Thank you sincerely, I had to looked to see if my grandmother was in the kitchen. Blessings to the hands that prepare the food. “We are constantly in search of the best Gobi Manchurian, this place has a great dish. Highly recommend. They were very accommodating with kids and spice levels. Everything we had was fresh and flavorful. Obvious everything was made in house. Will go back when in town.“

“My sister and I had a lovely breakfast here while I was visiting. I visited a different location in North Carolina and was so pleased that everything was as delicious and just as I remembered. Food was prompt and our server was great. Unfortunately, his name escaped me at the moment, but to the tall gentlemen with a beard, you were great! 10/10 Looking forward to visiting again before I leave. :)“

“We hired Dan & Debbie to cater our sons graduation party for 60 people! The food arrived on time, hot and tasted amazing!!! It was a hit and all the brisket, turkey & chicken wing went fast! We ordered enough, but people went back for 2nd & 3rds! Banana pudding was the “excellent” cherry on top! They are our favorite BBQ place in town, especially the Brisket!!!“

“Absolutely fantastic food and even better service. Taylor's takeover as GM blasted City Barbecue into the stratosphere. I love service that feels more like a casual meet with a new friend, rather than a clinical transaction; and Emily and Alex go above and beyond in this regard every time. I would do unholy things for a Smokehouse Salad with brisket, hardboiled egg tossed in, smothered in the house Chipotle Ranch and Brushfire sauce. Keep on rocking.“

“We were at the boardwalk and decided to stop by to try the food. The ribs were great. I have no complaints. The sides weren’t really my favorite. Not bad but just not as good as the ribs and also my bread was burnt. The tea tasted great though. I think the okra was okay. I am not used to okra fried that way but it was okay. It was extremely hot in the building but I don’t blame them. It was a bit uncomfortable a tad bit. However, it could definitely be outside of their control. Lastly, they seemed so tired and I was a little empathetic for them. Overall, it was decent and I would come back for the ribs for sure.“
