“Got this catered to my job and everything was amazing! We had the glazed bbq chicken. It was super tender and juicy. The sweet potato soufflé was creamy and paired well with the chicken. My favorite was the salad. It has mandarins, craisins, crispy fried onions, cucumbers, pepita and tomatoes. It seems like a weird combination of items but it all goes so well! Their zesty ranch is also amazing with the salad! For dessert, we had the magic bars and they were also amazing! They were very rich and sweet.“

“We hired Dan & Debbie to cater our sons graduation party for 60 people! The food arrived on time, hot and tasted amazing!!! It was a hit and all the brisket, turkey & chicken wing went fast! We ordered enough, but people went back for 2nd & 3rds! Banana pudding was the “excellent” cherry on top! They are our favorite BBQ place in town, especially the Brisket!!!“

“On our trip in North Carolina we had lunch at City BBQ . I have had my share of good BBQ which I just did a review on a location in West Palm Beach but am sorry to say that Florida BBQ has nothing on North Carolina BBQ. It was very delicious, tender, and juicy. The smoky taste was so on point. We have a Brisket sandwich, Brisket, ribs, smoked turkey, garlic toast, fries and okra. Everything was delicious. Only complaint was the fries was a bit too salty but still tasty. They have different sauces to choose. Can't wait to go back. Can't stop thinking of that smoke turkey..“

“Yesterday my husband and I said I do with a cozy intimate backyard wedding! We wanted to keep it casual with a food truck and when we tasted taco green-go we knew it was the perfect choice! They had a variety of options so everyone had something they would like and everything was fresh and hot! I was concerned of a long line forming when time came to serve food but they went above and beyond with preparation so the wait time was basically non existent. I would highly recommend taco green-go to anyone who wants a delicious variety of food that all your guests will love!“

Not only did they exceed my wildest expectations but my husband’s too! Everything from the tasting ( we thought we were in a Michelin awarded restaurant!) to the food on the wedding day itself was outstanding in quality, taste and presentation. People could not stop raving about the food! Menachem (director of catering)and Taylor (ex Ritz chef) were wonderful and easy to work with. I am forever thankful and grateful to Kosher Charlotte in helping to make my daughter and her husband’s wedding dreams come true. I will be using them for every simcha that I will have in the future. “10 STARS The tags don’t express how I feel about Uptown Catering. Mike, Jimmy and Nick and the crew are all SOOO AMAZING!! I love my caterers. The food is amazing and tastes delicious. Seasoned well not bland at all. They send a team to set up decor and the food is delivered hot and ready to go. They are prepared with more food to keep the trays from being empty and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They even walk around the event space and pick up plates and cups. Just top Notch customer service all across the board. The difference with them than other caterers that I’ve used is that they take the time to find out what you really want and need and they make it happen. AND super reasonably priced. I love these guys. I use them for everything! Happy Holidays. Book your holiday party asap.“

“I came here for the CFD Credit Union annual meeting. Nice facilty with good add-ons. Stage in front with sound system and ability to project programs, video, pictures for all to see. The buffet style food served today was BBQ, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and tea or lemonade. Food was fine. They can come to your site for catering or hold an event at their facility.“
