“Towne Tavern is our favorite local watering hole! The staff are super friendly and make the place, especially Amanda and Andie. The daily specials and bingo/music bingo give something fun to do. I work from home so getting out of the house for fun and hanging out with the locals is what it’s all about. We’ve been coming to the place for a while and think the food has been so much better under new management. Definitely check it out if you haven’t been!“

“I typically enjoy the food. Fish always good. I have to tell them every time to fix my tenderloin tip veggies soft or they will be practically raw. My main complaint is Shika the girl who answers the phone to take your order has a getto attitude problem!!!! Why is she answering the phone? I do not understand because as the first contact she is not friendly but just rude!“

“Four of us went out for a special dinner last night that was a treat by my son and his girlfriend. My husband said it was the best shrimp and grits he ever tasted! All of the food was delicious and our waitress was on point and so fun and friendly. We sat on the patio and it was the perfect ambiance. I definitely would like to go again when visiting my son.“

I’m from NY and expect top notch service wherever I go. I crave it, I’ll pay top dollar for it. Devin and Zora are the friendliest most supportive and knowledgeable employees. They made us feel like family. Those two specifically stood out and are an excellent addition to the roster at Flower Child. They are the face of this location, and boy oh boy do they shine! I spoke with Lynn Allen (general manager) she walked me thru buying a gift card and I was able to surprise my daughter and her date with dinner covered.
