“I love freddys and its time i gave them they’re flowers not one time that Ive been there and my food wasn’t hot or the order was wrong or the employees were rude never and i love them for that good service is hard to find nowadays and they have it all i went there 10 minutes to closing last night and they still gave me A1 service food was hot and customer service was great S/O to the young teens last night that were working i really appreciate yall and it does not go unnoticed keep up the great work and stay sweet and thank you for making my experience great every time I come“

“I have always loved Menchie's since I first discovered it in Naples, FL 2011. As always they never disappoint with their topping or flavors.
Dietary restrictions: They do have dairy free options!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly environment.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has an inclined sidewalk as opposed to steps.“

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

“An expensive average cookie. My son begged me to take him, so I did. Im not sure the rave about these cookies-they're average, just bigger size and expensive. $16 for 3 cookies.
The lady was very friendly that took care of us. The business was clean.“

“Custard is awesome – somehow warmer than ice cream without losing its form – a bit like whipped butter with sugar… in a good, not greasy, way. And, of course the Italian ice is always on point. The walk up stand with outside seating is a summertime must - great family experience, chance to hang out with friends, or give yourself how much deserved solo treat.“

“Please go visit this place. It is run by a great business leader in the Columbia mall to the left of the merry go around if facing it. He has great treats for a great price and it’s a fun place to take you and your kids for some family fun ! Watch your kids faces as they see you make magic in their eyes and you put a piece of the fruit in your mouth and see smoke pouring out of your mouth !!! They will tell all their friends how you and brag on your magic . He is a wonderful person with a huge personality and will make your purchase a pleasure and make sure you are pleased and if not he will go out of his way to make things right for you !!! “Went in with the fam on Tuesday after our movie around 8. It was our first time here and the girls working were so helpful in making sure we all got something we’d like! They offered samples and suggestions and were very friendly. I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but we will definitely start the tradition of getting ice cream after our showings!“

“Fun stop for a special treat! These shakes were delicious, and very large - and these were the pint sizes! The tropical float was also very tasty! Definitely not something for everyday (maybe not even every week) but an excellent once-in-while family outing. Worth the drive from Aiken.“
