“Beyond perfection. I am so impressed. Every item was not only as good as it could get, but somehow beyond that. You can tell that everything was made with not only love and care but pride and high standards for hitting that next level of deliciousness. The blueberry muffin was light and fluffy, but also rich with every bite full of blueberries and lemon. The almond chocolate chip cookie was crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside, topped with the perfect pinch of sea salt. The chocolate glazed donut had this wonderful texture like a cross between a traditional fluffy donut and a mochi donut. I also had the butter bean hummus and confit tomatoes on a sesame bagel… insane. Slightly crispy bagel like a baguette, but easy to bite through. The tomatoes were the kind of thing that you want to eat by the spoonful. And lastly the strawberry cold brew latte was made with strawberry jam cold foam with little pieces of mashed strawberries, which gave it this layer of strawberries and cream that worked really well with coffee.“

“WE LOVE PINEAPPLE HUT!! Best dole whip hands down. We go to this place everytime we go to Folly. The staff is always friendly. Whoever the young lady was that was there this afternoon was so sweet. “Not only does Wally make the best food, he and his wife are so kind and friendly. They remembered our order and treated us like family. We will always look to find where Wally's food truck is and go out of our way to eat it. There is never any leftover - it is that good!“

“We used Roti Rolls as a food truck at our wedding and it was epic. The food is amazing, they brought high energy and everyone had so much fun ordering their food. We heard from so many guests that it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had. Alton and her team were so great to work with throughout the planning process and we are so glad we went with them for our wedding day!“
