“I don’t have a bad thing to say about Ray’s!! Being a Philly transplant, I have always been on the hunt for a solid pizza restaurant that delivers. Being one of maybe three on the island, they’ve far exceeded my expectation. The style of pizza and variety of menu reminds me of home with not only pizza, but calzones, STROMBOLI, parms, etc. After being here almost 10 years, I have finally found my go-to take out spot. Did I mention how good their specials are?? Don’t ever change!!“

“Woody’s has a typical beach bar vibe. The inside is small and rustic, and they have a large outdoor deck with picnic table seating. We were told to seat ourselves and we ultimately chose to sit outside. We were greeted quickly and gave our order - a couple of beers, a salad and large cheese pizza. The salad was adequate, some romaine, croutons and a packet of Ken’s Caesar dressing. The pizza is a thin NY style, greasy (in a good way lol), foldable piece of pie. Exactly what we were looking for! The porch was great for people watching and the pizza was delicious! Would definitely recommend.“

“Glad I decided to come to John's Island. Very cool restaurant! Lots of menu items that look tasty. Outdoor seating. Staff was attentive and friendly. Video games! I had a chicken sandwich. It was delicious. Definitely worth coming back to try other items.“

“A random visit So I didn't have to make dinner. The pizzas were delicious, and the kids loved watching them being made through the glass window. The prices are just so high. The small pizza is literally the size of a personal pizza from the grocery store, and the large is practically what used to be a medium, but everything else was amazing.
