Customer Service was great. Food was fresh. My only recommendation is to allow extra honey butter on chicken minis at this location. Other locations do.
Now a days I mainly get my Chickfila from the one on main street, but highly prefer this one. The food here tastes a lot better than the food at the other chickfila's that I have been to.
Their bathrooms are very clean each time I go. They have a sink outside the bathrooms, which is nice to have especially if you don't like having to touch the bathroom door handle after having just washed your hands. Ever since this location opened, it has been a staple in my house.
Food is always great.
The service unfortunately, isn’t always the best. Chick-fil-A is held at a high standard in hospitality (supposedly) but the employees here [mainly in the drive thru] aren’t very welcoming. Chick-fil-A is a newly opened restaurant known for its wonderful food and friendly service. The layout of the parking lot and drive-thru is designed for easy access and traffic control. Customers enjoy a variety of seasonal drink choices and appreciate the creative face-to-face interactive drive-thru. While there have been minor issues with online orders, such as missing items and cold fries, the in-person experience is generally excellent. Staff members are described as pleasant and knowledgeable, especially in addressing dietary concerns. One employee, Destiny R., received praise for her professionalism and helpfulness in resolving a receipt error. However, some have raised concerns about employee comfort during cold weather. Overall, the restaurant comes highly recommended for a great dining experience, except on Sundays when it is closed.
